The room was initially clean however there's a real ant infestation problem across the entire site and by the first morning the kitchen floor was crawling. We didn't realise the extent of the ant problems until we were packing our car, ants had managed to get into our car as the curbs were crawling with nests. The reception staff couldn't care less about this issue and shoo'd us away when we mentioned compensation to clean the car. The beds were so uncomfortable, we would've probably been better off sleeping on the floor and to have to pay to hire bed linen is very strange. The restaurant doesn't have aircon and you have to sit outside which isnt ideal in 37° heat. There's lots of space inside the restaurant but only a few tables in the outside area that you can dine so many people were being turned away. There's a lot of disused space/function rooms and again no aircon in the bar near the restaurant. The restaurant staff were okay. The waiter Marco was great, he was running around like there was a fire beneath him, poor guy was doing the job of 4 people. The only good thing about the place is the pool area, the area is clean and the pool staff are good including the 'Smile Makers' who interact all day with the kids. Unfortunately the resort is a little too far from the town Colombare when walking in excessive heat, it needs a back entrance to save 20 minutes from the walk. Over all, this is a budget stay, similar to Butlins and not worth the money paid.

Maxicaravan Prestige war schön. Gute Betten, schöner Pool und Strand. Fitness sollte besser gepflegt sein und das Personal könnte freundlicher sein.

Das Village ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für den Preis in Ordnung. Man hat einen eignen Parkplatz, und ist schnell in der Stadt oder am See. Der private Strand, war tatsächlich garnicht privat und zum Wasser musste man eine Treppe nehmen. Dafür hatten wir eine tolle Zeit am Pool mit Kleinkind. Wenn man bereit ist Abstriche zu machen ist es eine preiswerte Unterkunft.

Der Bademeister hatte ständig die Pfeife im Mund, auch wenn die Kinder nur im Wasser gespielt haben. Im Pool ist Badekappen Pflicht. Die Pizzeria auf dem Platz ist schnell überfordert. Waren 2 mal dort essen und beidemale kam nicht das gesamte Essen. Wir waren schon fertig mit Essen, als der letzte sein Essen hatte. Schade, da es dort echt gut schmeckt. Sonst hat es uns gut gefallen.

Ærgeligt der er blevet lavet så meget om. Mobilhome var ikke rent da vi kom. Ikke ok. Poolbarens sortiment er blevet meget ringe. Is butikken med lækker is på pladsen er lukket og morgenbrødet skal man hente senest kl 8.15. Ellers er der udsolgt. Super øv. Nu har vi besøgt pladsen 5 gange de sidste 10 år.

Var ikke bra i det hele tatt

Tvårums stuga med AC. Det fanns d mesta i köket. Micro och 2 kokplattor. Sängarna var hårda. Poolområdet va slitet. Tvång på badmössa. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Ungdomarna som aktiverade barn och vuxna på området var väldigt goa. Dom skapade en fin stämning. Trygg och säker plats. Stranden som fanns i anslutningen till camping var OK! Möjlighet till olika träningsformen som tennis, gym och fotboll fanns. Kan rekommendera boendet om man vill ha ett mer budgetvänligt och enkelt hotell.

Apartment ist ausreichend groß. Insgesamt recht sauber. Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad (bei 4Personen). Eine Wasserrutsche für größere Kinder wäre schön. Badekappenpflicht ist nicht schlimm aber es wäre schon schön wenn es konsequent durchgezogen werden würde. Wir sind skeptisch ob in der Ferienzeit genug Liegeplätze am Pool sind. Mit Handtüchern „reservierte“ Liegeplätze könnten unterbunden werden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt

Bewertung für Trilo Comfort: Super Größe für 4-köpfige Familie. Es war sehr sauber, die Einrichtung ist relativ neu und gut intakt inkl. zwei Klimaanlagen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und verständnisvoll. Schöne große Poolanlage mit zwei Bademeistern, direkter Zugang zum See mit öffentlicher Liegewiese. Gästewunsch (zusammenliegende Appartements für Familie) wurde umgesetzt. Wir werden hier wieder Urlaub machen.

The only positive was the location: it is near the shuttle bus and not too far from the center. However, the stay itself was very disappointing and far below what we expected from a 4-star property. The room was advertised with a double bed, but we received two unstable single beds pushed together. The mattresses separated easily, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Bedding was inadequate: single blankets, no proper blanket covers, and unpleasant smells. Towels and sheets required extra payment, which was not clearly disclosed when booking. Wi-Fi also required an extra charge. The bathroom had visible mold in the shower, broken sink and bidet fixtures, and almost no toiletries except one small hand soap. We reported the problems to reception and were told they would be fixed, but nothing meaningful was resolved during our stay. Overall, cleanliness, comfort, amenities, and service were unacceptable.

We showed up and no sheets were on our bed and we had no towels. They said that this isn't a hotel but it's a village! I guess that means you get nothing and pay extra for everything. They charge for linen, towels and even wifi. Plus a very high cleaning fee (even though we literally stayed there for less then 12 hours). I felt scammed staying here and will take this up with hotels.com to be more clear with places like this. For the price I ended up paying (an extra nearly 100 euros) I could've stayed somewhere nicer for less $$$. Very disappointed

Parken war einfach und sicher. Die Unterkunft wsr nur mäßig sauber.

Wir haben nur einen Zwischenstopp mit einer Übernachtung da gemacht. Das Zimmer wurde nicht richtig sauber gemacht, die Toiletten waren gar nicht geputzt, man konnte noch deutliche Spuren der Vorgänger sehen. Das Personal war unfreundlich, sowohl an der Rezeption, im Laden, als auch im Restaurant. Alle schienen sehr unmotiviert und schlecht gelaunt. Im Pool herrscht Badekappenpflicht, eine Regel, die ich seit den 90ern nirgendwo mehr gesehen hatte. Meiner Meinung nach, bei einer guten Filteranlage absolut unnötig. Der Zugang zum See geht über eine Metalltreppe, für kleine Kinder ungeeignet

Leider ist immer die Poolpumpe lärmig gelaufen Tag und Nacht, (Es gibt Schallschutzoptimierungen) Der Kochherd funktionierte nur teilweise und die Pfannen und Kochutensilien waren sehr dürftig. Die Kanalisation hat gestunken. Der Ort ist schön aber man merkt, dass das Saisonende naht. Im Restaurant geht leider auch nicht mehr viel, Das Personal sehr zurückhaltend, Im Laden fast kein frisches Brot (Nur Zeitweise).

Sehr dreckig und alles voll mit Schülern von studienfahrten bzw abschlussfahrten. Alles voller Haare und dreck in den Zimmern. War billig aber da würde ich lieber etwas mehr zahlen und hab dafür eine saubere Unterkunft.

Villaggio molto grande tenuto in condizioni fantastiche. Bilocale, dove alloggiavamo piccolino ma funzionale, unica pecca la doccia: é necessario un box doccia, si allaga tutto il bagno qiando ci si lava, e anche il resto della casa. Ragazzi dell'animazione simpaticissimi e mai invadenti. Personale attento e scrupoloso, a partr una ragazza della reception molto frettolosa e svogliata, e un ragazzp del bar che ci ha fatto passare a noi per matte su un argomento abbastabza insulso. Per ol resto tutto perfetto, sicuramente torneremo.

Alles gut

Grand camping, gites, mobile homes, bien pour les familles. Notre gite était climatisé donc agreable, vieillot mais confortable, moyennement équipé. On était entre les piscines et le lac , près dû restaurant (cher mais correct) et dès animations dû soir avec boutique à bonbons, glaces, scène, départ dû petit train. Il fait payer serviettes, linge de lit et neto grave de la fin en plus (environ 112€ pour4). Les piscines ferment à 19h donc tôt pour l’été. Accès au lac facilité par des escaliers, partie peu profonde et trouble mais agréable. À 5min en voiture de restaurants, supermarché etc.
