很大間的公寓，應有盡有，也很乾淨，浴室很大間。後門一出就是海邊。路旁有免費停車格，房內也有免費wifi

Grande chambre avec cuisinette (nous ne l'avons pas utilisé à part les verres); salle de bain assez grande; 2 lits collés pour un grand lit, confortable; sol sans tapis ce qui est apprécié. Situation à 2 pas de la promenade; balcon avec vue sur la mer très apprécié; personnel serviable. Coffre-fort payant (5 euros/jour). AC silencieuse et efficace. Le seul point négatif est la penderie qui est très petite pour un séjour de plus de 2 nuits pour 2 personnes et il n'y a pas de porte valise.

We stayed for 4 nights in a small studio with breakfast included. It was a very nice experience. Our balcony had a nice view of the sea and the promenade. There was a small pool with sun beds belonging to the hotel but we preferred to stay on the beach some meters away. The breakfast had everything we wanted and we also had lunch in the restaurant a couple of times and the food was good. All the staff we met were very nice and service minded.

Sadly, we were very disappointed with our stay. While the room was fine and the interior looked very much like the photo, (1) our sea view was obstructed in part by the view the roof of the restaurant, (2) the beach was directly in front of us but was completely inaccessible due to the trucks carrying sand across the entire stretch of the beach in front of the hotel and for a good half mile of the beach, which the front desk staff said is done every year around this time to fight erosion, (3) the noise associated with those trucks was overwhelming and started early in the morning and went well into the evening, (4) there was also noise due to room renovations within the hotel, (5) there was only ~3 minutes of hot water for each shower leading to a cold shock at the finish. This was not as promised, and we were not able to enjoy the patio or the sea view or even the room, nor the proximity to the beach, due to all of the trucks and noise on the beach (photos of our “sea view”). Noting that our next hotel was also having some construction, but they notified us well in advance, giving us the option to take an upgraded room away from the construction, or to cancel altogether. We wish Puerto Azul had been so gracious and honest. We complained to the hotel - no response. After reserving this hotel months in advance and traveling across two continents and an ocean to vacation in Marbella, this stay has certainly tainted our experience. We will not return to this hotel.

The studio was clean. The TV had a good range of UK channels. The kitchen had a very old slow hob and the fridge door was the wrong way round making it difficult to access. The shower was small and cramped and the bathroom could do with updating. The balcony was a reasonable size but only got sun for an hour in the morning as it faced east. The hotel only had a small reception area and there was no bar. The only outside space was in front of the hotel which had a small pool and loungers but only got limited sun in the morning. The hotel is located right on a the front at Marbella and is very close to supermarkets and restaurants. Parking is very difficult and I would not recommend a car.

If you want a quality stay in Marbella at an affordable price, well located for beach/prom/bus stops this will fit the bill nicely for most people. Great staff/spotless rooms with a choice of restaurants. I am very happy to recommend and happy to stay again.

The room was clean and it had been updated, new parket on floors but there were old floorlists and the list around the bathroom door, strange to not update it as well. The maindoor of the room was not fire save, some cm/mm air under the door, light from the hall came in.

It was a decent hotel if you’re looking for something reasonably priced. Since it was our first time in Marbella, it turned out to be a great option—close to major beach clubs and main/majority of attractions.
