This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.

Check was quick and easy , property is nice, easy parking , and room was spacious. Will definitely be returning

Waterpark was super convenient to our room, room was clean, food at the restaurant was good. Staff was kind.

Feels a little dated

No fans in the bathroom. Some of the surfaces were a little dirty.

I really like staying here. The front desk staff were very helpful and the pool is great- love how the staff are diligent and trained, and the cleanliness practices. The hotel is well kept and clean also. My only complaint is how particular they are about outsiders. We came to visit our one son who lives in the area. It’s easier for him to come to our hotel room for dinner- and we were made to feel like we were bad because of that. I understand needing to separate the waterpark from the resort, but there has to be a more gracious way. Also, we brought in business as three other people came one day and bought day passes for the waterpark to swim with us since we were staying there. ($120) They were not even allowed to walk back to our room with us to change. They have a 2 year old so it was easier than the pool restroom. I understand there is miss use but good people shouldn’t have to feel like the misuse is our fault too.

Nice size room and in overall nice shape. Beds were awful. Fortunately fold out bed was comfortable. I would stay again in a pinch. Staff were very cordial and helpful.

Took my family of four here after our time at the water park and I loved it! The man who helped me to check in was so nice and helpful! The suite I had was clean, spacious, and very beautiful! I wanted to take the bathroom home with me lol my son had an accident in the middle of the night and the front desk staff came to my door right away with a new bed pad, new sheets, and covers. The lady was so sweet about it which I really appreciated she even asked if I needed more clean covers and went back to grab them quickly ! Soooo accommodating!! Room service was quick, affordable and delicious! Only thing I did not like about my stay were the pillows. They were horrible. But the comfortable bed made up for it. Overall I loved my stay and will be returning soon!

The room we stayed in heater/ac unit made these loud “popping” noises. I thought they were gunshots. This repeated noise woke me up on multiple occasions throughout the night. This was on top of a pull out bed that was already uncomfortable.

It was fine except for the bathroom. We had to have them work on a slow drain in the tub. Also, there were two obviously used face towels hanging on the shower curtain. It had to have been left there from the previous"cleaning.". So at that point, you start to wonder what else didn't actually get cleaned.

Very nice property. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean.
