Very nice person at the front, night shift. Breakfast had alot of variety especially with oat milk ;) but the eggs were not good. Pool was cold but the kids will loved it. The Family room was great, we slept very well and loved the extra space and bunk bed.

Very convenient for catching the ferry to Saint Simeon. The front desk attendant was helpful and recommended a restaurant that what was right for us. Would stay there again.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Quality Inn RDL. The hotel is always clean and comfortable, and the staff very helpful. The hotel and amenities have a charm to them you don’t often find in its price range.

Everyone is super friendly in this hotel, from the front desk gentleman to the lady who works at the breakfast counter. The bed is super comfy, we all enjoyed it immensely, particularly Mountie the schnauzer. The mini fridge in R114 works great! The breakfast was super yummy; loved the smoky bacons, waffles, and fresh fruits! Perfect for anyone who travels with pets.

Room was clean but had a very strong marijuana smell and elevator had strong stale cigarette smoke smell. Staff was extremely friendly and made every effort to speak English.

Quality Inn was good. Everything was good for service, room and breakfast in the morning. Gas station across with Tim’s, on and off the highway easy access. This was a 1 night stop I would request another floor next time. I would not take room 109 or 110 again. Too noisy, door to hallway next to room 109. Washroom across the hall, laundry room next to it, across from 110. Made it hard to sleep, again only a stopover!

Hotel is fine for just a bed and close to highway. Our A/C unit was quite loud and inconsistent, the free breakfast had no hot food come 8:30AM and didn’t have any for another 5 minutes before we left. The front desk girl at check in was very helpful and very polite. All in all I think it’s a 3/5 hotel

Personnels très sympatique, bel accueil. Chambre propre niveau entretien ménager par contre notre chambre était dans la partie non rénovée. Je n'ai rien contre un décor vieillot mais la causeuse était défoncée et déchirée. La mousse sortait par les accoudoirs. La chaise de bureau était dans un état lamentable. Le cuir était en lambeaux. Le rideau voile avait un trou immense. Ce n'est pas acceptable ni digne du prix payé.

Great place to stay. The local Chinese food recommendation by the staff at the hotel was very bad. Don’t eat there.

The room was clean but the hotel was a bit dated. The bed was comfortable and it was a convenient location. It had a good breakfast as well. Overall it was fine for spending a night on our journey.

Clean small room. Car charger dosent work. Messed up car parking lot.

Deux sections dans l’hôtel, une rénovée l’autre pas. Nous étions du côté rénové donc les meubles et le reste étaient neufs, aucune idée de l’autre côté.

Pristine property, lovely staff always ready to help! The pool is cold but refreshing!
