We appreciated the free shuttle transfer to and fro the Port. We had good meals from restaurants in this resort. We appreciated the quick response of the staff in fixing the strong smell of chlorine from our in-room jacuzzi. We recommend free shuttle service to the Old town in daytime. We recommend more vacancies from the Spa.

This hotel has biggest pool in Mykonos. Pool with very beautiful ocean view. Hotel has free evening shuttle bus to Mykonos downtown which is very convenient. Also very close to bus stop. Hotel also provide free shuttle to and from port upon requested. Very nice hotel. Will def come back again

Excellent accueil à notre arrivée. Partie commune magnifique et très soignées. Piscine à débordement vue mer extraordinaire. Excellent restaurant. Petit bémol : le cour de tennis Il faudrait le supprimer de la liste des équipements de l'hôtel car inutilisable.

Great property in a tranquil location. The staff could not have been nicer in all areas, from breakfast to reception. The reservations department was very accommodating with my guests who had mobility challenges. Their golf cart transportation is a nice perk! Views are fantastic and onsite food is delicious.

My ferry was cancelled the first day. couldnt get to the island due to inclement weather. all ferries were cancelled or delayed by 15 plus hrs. My first day was not refunded, or credited. - or even partily refunded.The lady at the front desk just shrugged her shoulders and said there were many people in the same situation. So is that suppose to make me feel better? Bad situation made worse. not impressed.

Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Es gab jeden Tag einen Shuttle am Abend in die Stadt und wieder zurück ins Hotel. Das Frühstück war riesig und bot eine große Auswahl an regionalen Produkten. Mit der Lage am Meer und dem Salzwasser Pools war’s es ideal zum erholen und genießen.

The salt water pool and access to the beach were terrific. Also, there are several dining options at the hotel, serving up high quality food and drinks. The rooms and grounds were very clean. We greatly enjoyed our time at St John’s.

Good hotel but the service was lacking. Had to keep asking them to clean the rooms and provide water. Saw a cockroach running around in the buffet area.
