這家飯店離車站要走一段石子路，並不是特別好拖行李。到了飯店以後，check in的地方要走到裡面，在外面的櫃檯沒有開放。服務人員態度很好，房間有點像motel的樣子。 算是蠻特別的住宿體驗

Dejligt ophold. Alt fungerere

Rigtig pænt og fint hotel. Rigtig stort værelse med køleskab og stor seng. Badeværelset er midt i rummet, sjovt men specielt. Wc og bad dog bag lukket dør. Morgenmad fancy og god men lidt dyr - 35 euro for voksne og 10 euro børn. Beliggenhed god, ca 2,5 km fra centrum. Kommer gerne igen :)

Lyset i værelset var meget mærkeligt og virkede ikke efter hensigten skulle repareres

Nice styling for entire property. Staff was very friendly, and Haribo candy at front desk. Breakfast was very good, although seemed over-priced at 35 euro per person.

We had an excellent stay at east Hotel Hamburg and would gladly stay here again. The hotel has a very distinctive design style with a lot of attention to detail, from the furniture and lighting to the overall atmosphere of the property. It feels modern, well maintained, and thoughtfully put together with creative flair. We didn’t dine in the restaurant, but we did have drinks there a couple of times and really enjoyed the space. The restaurant and bar area has a unique immersive light installation along one wall adding to the overall artistic atmosphere. We originally stayed in the older section of the hotel, but due to construction noise from a new spa being built, the staff kindly moved us to the newer wing. Both sides of the hotel were very well kept and comfortable. The older section had nicer garden views, while the newer side included an nespresso machine in the room, which was appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure and reliable hot water. The staff throughout our stay were professional, helpful, and accommodating. The location was also very convenient, close to the Reeperbahn and Metro in St. Pauli. My only criticism would be the shower design in the newer rooms. The shower area is quite open with a clear glass door, and a bit more privacy would improve the setup. Overall, this is a very good hotel with strong design, a great ambiance and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hamburg.

Staff were excellent, room was clean and good and the neighbourhood was fantastic! From the moment we walked through the door we were in love with the vibe of the hotel - the bar in the evenings was great and breakfast was delicious! We’ll definitely be back!!

Alles bestens , nettes Personal , schöne Bar - Highlight : ein sehr gutes Frühstück ! Fitnessbereich und Wellness werden aktuell renoviert und sind nicht nutzbar . Allgemein ein toller Aufenthalt und sehr zentral gelegen .

Noget servicepersonale kunne godt finpudse deres service. Morgenmadsbuffet var meget imponerende og damen som stod klar med frisk omelet mm., vinder prisen for den bedste service. Parkingsbetalingen er desværre en dårlig opsætning og endte med at betale for at komme ud, selvom jeg betalte i receptionen. Brug kun betalingsautomatten i kælderen…lige meget hvad receptionen bilder dig ind. Ellers er det et rigtig dejligt hotel

Rihmgtig flot hotel, dog er opsætningen på værelset med at have badeværlset i rummet hvor man sover ikke noget vi bryder os om. Puderne er elendige men sengen er god.
