We did not eat breakfast

There was any bad smelling in the bathroom. We asked the hotel two times. They did something to repair, but it was solved. Furthermore, they have never suggested to change the room. We gave up to ask them. It was NOT comfortable for us.

Excellent room, clean well taken care of. Excellent staff.

Bel hôtel idéalement situé à proximité du Teatro Politeama Garibaldi en plein centre historique de la ville. L'hôtel représente un point idéal de départ pour visiter la ville à pied. Le personnel est super accueillant, serviable et attentionné. Bien que les chambres ne sont pas entièrement rénovées, elle bénéficient d'une nouvelle literie complète et de tout le confort pour y passer un bon séjour. Un petit plus serait le remplacement des chassis pour quelque chose de plus isolant au niveau sonore. Ceci afin de mieux couvrir les bruits de la rue le soir et la nuit (Palerme vit très tard la nuit :-) ). Côté petit déjeuner, rien à redire, il est très complet, proposant un vaste choix de froid et de chaud + céréales. Le buffet viennoiseries et desserts est particulièrement fourni et de qualité. Le petit déjeuner se prend au restaurant de l'hôtel sur le rooftop avec une vue à 180° sur les toits de Palerme et les montagnes avoisinantes, vraiment très sympa! En résumé, un hôtel très agréable idéalement situé pour visiter la ville à pied et bénéficier des commerces avoisinants.

The only problem was that the jacuzzi was booked the entire weekend and we were not able to use it which sucks. After that was the main reason to book the hotel. None of the spa services were available because over booked. They should alert when you make the reservation.

A good simple 4star hotel. Convenient to walk and tour Palmero old town.

Clean room, moved to other room, first was so, so. Breakfast average, less choices than we are used to. Never found out if the mini-bar was free? Booked a car to airport price pre-agreed at $60.00 euros, car was on metre more expensive. Driver didn’t speak any English. Staff were very friendly.
