住进去了就找不到服务人员了。

酒店一般，价格太离谱，不值得住。

这家的酒店应该说不好的酒店，房间小服务不好，价格高没有什么好的地方

this hotel located at the best spot of Carmel.nice and clean room, breakfast is terrable. everything is cold. the rate is too high for a motel.

If you are looking for just one bed for sleep, this is a good choice. Breakfast is so-so but room is clean and near to town-centre.

很安静，很有味道，如果时间充裕，可以专门去住几天。

非常满意酒店的服务和安静的睡眠，充满艺术情节的小镇融为一体。

感觉不错的酒店，虽然不大，但是客房设施还是不错的，前台很友善退房后可以把车停在他们院子里，早餐比较简单，但是会送到房间门外，很不错。

宾馆比较难找，牌子上是Carmel oak inn,底下一行小字是clarion collection.小镇很漂亮，酒店服务很注重细节，早餐不错。

酒店很雅致，服务很周到，早餐放在你门口，漂亮的篮子里。

附近有非常好的餐厅，大约步行5分钟即到。

地址标明得比较难找，后来通过expedia的宾馆照片才找到了酒店

The room is lovely and cozy. The price is reasonable. We spent a little more time to find this lodge. But the breakfast is so disappointing....

Hello my name is Socorro … Staff was friendly , it was quiet, the beds were comfy , breakfast was yummy, it was super clean , definitely would stay there again for sure ! They were reasonably priced. Stayed two nights

Great location to all shops and restaurants. Arrived a bit earlier to see if there was early check-in but had a sign saying they’d be back in 20 mins. Called and did get ahold of someone and said we can check in at 2 and they’d call so that worked out as we walked around downtown (they said we could leave our car there). Coffee maker not working was a bummer but only a small inconvenience and we did have a bit of trouble with the room key (had to slide it a few times for it work. Room looked and felt clean and they provided a nice little breakfast baskets in the morning. All in all, a good stay and would consider them again when staying in Carmel.

The staff was friendly, skillful and very helpful.
