We booked the ocean view room w balcony. Evita kindly reserved Noto for us upon our request. The hotel's location is perfect, only few minutes' walk to the busy street. In the morning we requested breakfast in room, the food was amazing, we got freshly squeezed orange n lemon juice,and delicious omelette. Hotel staff are all very attentive and helped w the info we needed.

a historic hotel with stunning sea and friendly staff. you could enjoy your breakfast under the sunlight at your private balcony everyday and the foods are exceptional great and tasty. The guest room is huge, clean and romantic which is extremely suitable for honeymoon. The location is 3 mins walking distance from Orthodox Metropolitan Cathedral but the privacy and silence atmosphere allows you forget the crowd on the main street.

We had a great stay at Aigialos Luxury Settlement Hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with nice bathroom amenities. The hotel provided robes and slippers for use during your stay. The balcony was perfect, with a fabulous view, table and chairs and plants. The perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast or an afternoon/night cocktail. The hotel was close to shops and dining. The hotel staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and provided recommendations. It was a bit cool while we were there so we did not use the pool, but it was clean and provided a great place to sit and enjoy a delicious dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Gorgeous caldera and sunset views, and staff very helpful. Very clean and delicious food. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The balcony scenic view is terrific. Breakfast is good.

It was a terrible hotel. the bedroom was the size of one bed . ( see the attached picture). Plastic chairs and table in the 5 table dining area. Nothing compared to the description and photos on their website. We moved out after one night stay. Extremely disappointing.

Our rooftop unit had FOUR balconies!! It was truly amazing. The views were stunning - morning, noon, and night. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating! The very small pool in the shade with no sea view was the only let down, but EVERYTHING else was excellent! They serve the most incredible breakfast on your balcony at the time of your choosing - you pick from a large menu and can adjust it daily.

They are better in marketing than the hospitality It’s a nice property but need a better management There is no sunbathing area , no property restaurant , no room service , no phone in the rooms , terrible WiFi , don’t let this hotel ruin your trip , go somewhere else ,many other hotels and apartments with a much a better price are around , avoid

We had a lovey stay and everyone there was very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room so we could eat on our balcony with that amazing view!

Wonderful Stay with Great Location and Amazing Staff! I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning views that made every moment special. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. What truly stood out was the incredibly kind and helpful staff who went out of their way to make sure we had a great holiday. A special thanks to Nick for the warm welcome — it really set the tone for a wonderful stay. He also helped us with car rental, restaurant reservations, and booking activities, which made everything so easy and stress-free.

The property was beautiful and our room was lovely. Great view overlooking the sea! Breakfast options were decent. Hotel concierge was very kind and helpful (thanks, Nikolas!). Only complaint was that our garbage was not changed on the second day - which is an issue when you can’t flush any toilet paper. Housekeeping came and changed out our dirty glasses but that’s the only thing that I could see they had done. I would still go back, it was amazing!

An excellent hotel with beautiful sea views from the room's exclusive terrace. Our room was very spacious and comfortable for our stay. The staff, led by Nick, was always attentive to our every need. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return.

The hospitality was incredible. They were so kind and catered to every need. Made the trip so easy. Also really liked that it was a tiny little bit off from all the madness of the downtown. Just a short 5 min walk or less but far enough so that it felt peaceful and quiet and secluded. Perfect combo.

The staff were amazing! The porter was so helpful! He carried our bags up some very steep steps! We lived everything about this property!!

Everything about this place was absolutely perfect!! Breathtaking ocean and sunset views, super kind and attentive staff, lovely ane clean facilities, delicious breakfast, and just around the corner from the bus terminal that can get you just about anywhere on the island quickly and affordably. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!!
