服務態度不佳

Our second stay here, and half board does not disappoint. The only slight gripe is parking which is 5 minutes walk away ( there is eden parking on google maps ), but we knew about this and still came back. hotel is part of a group which are in park of what used to be a park ( some still is ) and the grounds are stunning. Whilst it is by the beach, it;s private and none seems allocated to this hotel ( all for the more expensive in the group )

Zimmer Super,Personal Super bis auf Empfang kein freundliches herzliches willkommen, Wellness und Pool ok.

Das Zimmer war Tip top!!!!! Alles im Haus sauber! Essen für Kroatien bzw das Buffetessen wirklich gut!kommen gerne wieder (außer im Hochsommer!)!

Zimmer war sehr sauber immer. Einrichtung und Service alles Top. Große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Hotel bietet viele Services an. Die Massagen sind super (extra Kosten). Abendessen waren wir immer in der Ortschaft. Man findet genug Gasthäuser. Waren eine Woche dort und haben jeden Tag in einem anderen Restaurant gut gegessen. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat war dass unser Zimmer sehr warm (25grad) war. Habn dadurch oft Balkontür offen gehabt dann ging es. Sind kein Fan von Klimaanlagen. Wassertemperatur in der Dusche wechselt oft von sehr heiß auf kalt und umgedreht. Wahrscheinlich wenn viele Leute gleichzeitig Duschen. (Temperatur Regler einbauen?). Parkplätze sind weit weg, aber Hotel bietet Gepäck- und parkservice an. Ist also alles meckern auf hohen Niveau. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder buchen.

We loved the park nearby and the ability to walk to town. The breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Beautiful experiencia! Lovely hotel and surroundings. Perfectly located. Just by the beach and a walking distance (by a promenade) to the center of the City.

Netter Empfang, schönes Zimmer mit sauberem Bad, wirklich alles top! Nur die Aussicht war leider hintenrum zu den Turbinen, die recht laut waren. Frühstück war wirklich gut. Schade ist nur, dass es nur eine Frau mit einer Pfanne gibt, die Omelettes auf Wunsch zubereitet. Bei so vielen Gästen ein bisschen wenig. Das Reservieren der Liegen am Strand mit einem Handtuch sollte auch nicht toleriert werden.

The hotel amenities and breakfast dining were great. Bedrooms and housekeeping spot on. Lots of activities if you wanted them but discreetly offered. Location good. Pool and beach areas fabulous with plenty of towels.

Pros..... Loved our stay at the Eden hotel. Great location for Rovinj Old Town if you're hay and able to walk. The rooms were lovely, well furnished and modern. Breakfast provided an excellent choice. Good facilities and activities. Staff friendly and helpful. Cons.... My only complaint, as suggested whilst staying at the hotel, is that care needs to be taken to ensure guests maintain the standards expected of a 4 star hotel....far too many towels and laundry hanging from balconies which lowers the tone. Also people using Mulini beach bar as sun loungers meaning people wanting drinks can't get tables/seats.

Great hotel, 30 minutes walk to the centre of Rovinj, great pool area and lovely beach.

Great location for walking into Rovinj town. Lovely pool area, plenty of space too. Beautiful scenery. Food options in hotel a bit limited.
