Unhappy with how some of the staff treated me after I had a necklace misplaced from my hotel room. They first blamed me for misplacing it, then said that the vacuum from the cleaners could’ve sucked it up.

Service was ok, not what I expected from 4 star Also photos on Expedia website were not what we saw when we got to the hotel. The pool was tiny and surrounding deck run down. Breakfast was basic

Amazing hotel in Old Gallipoli town. Excellent service and clean, stylish rooms. Parking is available outside the Old Town, however, during the ultra peak August season you may need to park 15-20 minutes walk away.

This is a beautiful property with excellent amenities. We enjoyed coming home to it and waking up to the rooftop breakfast! Frederico was amazing at the front desk. He booked us a Lido for a day at a quiet beach and was so knowledgeable and host about the area.

Hotel boutique situado dentro da cidade velha de Galipolli, charmoso e muito bem localizado. Boas instalações e condições de hospedagem.

Really enjoyed our stay in Gallipoli. Hotel and the staff were excellent. They were very easy to deal with and plenty of information on how to get to the hotel once you were in Gallipoli was given in good time.

Sehr saubere, originelle und ansprechende Räumlichkeiten. Allerdings auch hellhörig. Insgesamt aber ein tolles Paket!

Charmantes, historisches, Boutique Hotel mit sehr netter & kompetenter Reception…historische, restaurierte Zimmer mit traditionellen Kuppeldecken Kleiner Pool fur alle Gaste, dieser konnte etwas sauberer, gepflegter sein. Gutes Frühstück, interessante Aussicht auf die Dacher der Altstadt

This is a beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of the old town of Gallipoli. It's a peaceful haven in a perfect location and just a few minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious and there are lots of seating areas on various levels. The staff are amazing! The breakfast staff, especially Alessia and Alessandra looked after us really well. The reception staff were excellent, especially Antonio. They even sang to me on my birthday! We travelled as a group of four and all of us really enjoyed our week here. We would definitely return.

Gorgeous property with super helpful staff. Loved the roof top area for breakfast but they should have a bar up there as it is not currently used at night.

Bra centralt hotell mitt i smeten. Rummen är spridda på många nivåer och olika halvtrappor hit och dit. Ingen utsikt, lite källarkänsla i rummet vi fick. Böt det första rummet utan problem då det luktade avlopp. Trevlig takterrass. Också bra med liten minipool då det var väldigt varmt.
