Stay was good, although they are in the middle of a remodel and was unaware of that when booking.

Breakfast wasn't that good. The noise from renovations was very loud and distrubing. I understand you have to do it and look forward to the updated decor.

The hotel is under construction, which is needed. The rooms are outdated, and the beds are terrible. The employees were friendly and helped us switch rooms because the air conditioner wasn’t working in ours and the room was so dirty. I just felt that for the high price we were charged, the rooms didn’t match the price. They are updating the hotel, and it should be a significant improvement. The area is fun, and it is easy to walk to several places you need to go.

They had construction going on

I got a phone call on the room phone at 1:00 am. The front desk inadvertently called me twice! Meanwhile there was terrible two fist pounding on the door next door and screaming and then a fight in the room next door. I called the front desk in fear to tell them someone kept calling my room and someone was banding on our door. The attendant said “that was me on accident. “. No apology. I told her there was some sort of domestic problem going on next door. Nothing was done. The people next door were fighting. My young son and I were afraid.

Great surrounding area and exceptional staff, but this hotel was lacking. It needs serious updating and the hallways were scented extremely heavily with air fresheners. The sofa in our room had a massive stain and all furniture was worn.

Everything was fine. The staff was friendly, especially the bartender.

Older hotel with water damage, charging way more per night than everything else around it. The room I had should have cost $60/night, not the $170/night I paid. Room was very rough, stained sheets, rusty lamps, missing light bulbs, constant damp in the room, shower head not connected properly spraying everywhere, and the toilet squealed every time it was flushed.

Rooms need an update ASAP

Overall good hotel with exceptional staff.

Friendly and prompt service. Hot coffee and water available in lobby. Nice lobby. Tile in bathroom cracked. Broken piece on counter in room.

This is a very mixed review because the hotel portion of our stay was fine and the desk staff was excellent. The bartender and cook at the “separately owned” bar/restaurant … total hot mess. Ordered food, half hour went by and was told the cook forgot. NBD, I can just walk across the street but no… they said we will get your salad asap. An hour later they brought me the salad covered in nasty little bacon bits, which was what I asked to be omitted. Two plus hrs later I had to order food delivered from Chilis. UGH!

We got there and check in was suppose to be at 3 and our room was not ready til 5:30! So we didn’t even have time to get ready for our event!

I really liked the convenience of the location to different restaurants and shopping. Staff was super friendly. Also, I was only 20 minutes to the location of the plant. The only thing I did not like was that the furniture in the room was beat up and missing chunks of wood. HVAC unit would not turn off no matter what I tried.

Staff was exceptional!

This hotel is falling apart. Our room had peeling wallpaper, cracked tiles all over the place, rust stains in the bathtub. When we arrived our bed was barely made. The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke, to the point I had to start my little girl back on her steroid inhaler for asthma. I would never stay here again. Beds are hard and uncomfortable.
