Great customer service by all staff. The pool was shut down though. That is the only complaint, otherwose excellent stay

We had a pleasant stay

I had a very good experience. Room was very clean and the bed was comfy. I love their pillows - fluffy and cozy. I would definitely stay again. I have one suggestion. They should have a streaming option on their TV. It would be nice to wind down with a favorite show. I know the Marriott hotels have this feature.

The room was great! Besides the comfortable queen beds, it had a pullout couch, so it accommodated our family of 5 well. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was great!! We also loved having breakfast included and coffee available all day. The pool and hot tub kept the grandkids happy. Staff were friendly. I highly recommend this place.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It is consistently a great place to stay in Collingwood. It is close to the start of the bike trails, lunch and dinner options and the downtown area for some shopping. Staff is attentive and responsive. Breakfast is good and a great place to start the day.

Great stay but the air conditioner started acting up in the middle of the night. These things happen.

Great friendly welcoming. The front desk was always smiling and helpful upon arrival and whenever needed. Location is perfect, you have everything in proximity, supermarket, cinema, shopping centers, and blue mountains village. Rich continental breakfast, with open coffee all day. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub as well. Highly recommended. Thank you for the lovely stay.

The front staff were so helpful with my many questions and requests. The rooms were VERY clean, the housekeeping staff were super on top of everything. The food was a perfect start to the day, the coffee was so good and HOT. The pool was warm and the hot tub too!! This is the 2nd time my family has stayed here for 3days at a time. Our home away from home and I'd choose to stay again. Walking distance to MANY restaurants amd grocery stores too. Thanks for a great stay. 5 star
