Front office staff is a very nice considerate young man. The breakfast was good and well stocked. I also enjoyed being close to the twin lakes to go walking.

Shower curtains had mold on it and ironing board was broken.

There was nothing that my son and I did not like. Beautiful area, close to everything we needed. The room was large and very comfortable.

The people were very friendly and nice. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. Stayed 2 days and it was great! Highly recommended.

The area of the property is gorgeous surroundings. Before I ever left for the airport my card was charged immediately which not a normal practice for any of the hotels I have stayed in before. They are doing construction on the property and if I had not spoken with them I would not have known that arriving after 5:00pm the property is locked and you must locate the number and call management.

Loved that the hotel was in a safe area & walkable distance to Avery Brewery. Unfortunately our room had a broken lock, dirty towels, torn bedding and a dirty bathroom…Front desk was very friendly, only disappointing part was the cleanliness and lock that didn’t work.

This is a quiet little inn off the beaten track. Its in a neighborhood with hiking trails round the Twin Lakes. Boulder is a 10 minutes drive away. The young man at the Front Desk was very helpful polite and knew a lot about the local area.

Staff was nice, still being remodeled as of 05/23. Rooms could be a little nicer but theyre still fixing up the place. I recommend if you need a decent place to stay for not too much with a lot nature and walkways
