Très joli hotel dépaysant et bien entretenu.

Fantastic for PortAventura as you can get tickets for each day of your stay including one Ferrari Land evening. The only negative was incredibly noisy local school children on school trips who have been making a racket during the night and were queue jumping in the park. The hotel is absolutely lovely and I'd recommend it. The 30th anniversary deal is absolutely fantastic value.

Sejour au top au dela de nos attentes

Reasonably priced, nice pools, but quite basic and not 4 star in my opinion. Basic rooms that are tired with smelly and basic bathrooms. Sunloungets by the pool are old plastic loungers and uncomfortable. Strange rules like you cannot wear sunglasses in the pool unless you have bands around your head to keep them in place. Never experienced this anywhere in the world. Lifeguards enforce this rule, I guess for safety, yet you allow guests to have glassware at the side of the pool? People drinking beer out of glass mugs. Crazy! Service at pool bar was poor. 25 minutes to get a hot dog, and then the drinks machine wasn’t working. Also, they advertise a gym but it doesn’t open until 6pm!? What!? Ridiculous. Most people workout on a morning so this is a stupid rule and as such meant I could not use the gym. False advertising. I would not go back, instead I’d probably go to the main PortAventura hotel which I think is much better and worth the extra money.

Lovely hotel setting, very chilled. Check-in was slow. Cheap Estrella! What's not to love.

Nos dieron la habitación 1 hora y media tarde. Tras llamar varias veces sin conseguir que nos dieran información, en la última llamada con enfado incluido nos dieron la habitación. Al llegar fallaba el aire acondicionado, el sofá cama tenía un agujero en el reposabrazos e incluso al mover el colchón había suciedad una manzana mordida. En la reserva indicaba dos camas de matrimonio y una era un sofá cama… Nuestra decepción más grande fue que al llegar nos dijeran que después de la Covid no hay trenecito que te lleve al parque, es la desatención completa… en la piscina mis hijos se resbalaron muchas veces como todos los usuarios que estábamos allí, la pintura resbala muchísimo, pudiendo provocar un accidente. No tiene es ninguna ventaja al alojarte en este hotel, el primer día hicimos 30 minutos de cola para pasar el control de seguridad, cosa que no pasa en el hotel Port aventura o en Gold River. El Hotel es precioso y teníamos ganas de verlo de noche, una decepción al tener que llegar a nuestra habitación con la linterna del móvil por no haber ninguna luz encendida en la zona de jardín y piscina, incluido el puente de madera por encima de la piscina.

Very clean property, with sone oddities. Difficult to find snacks specifically water after bars close in the evening. We struggled to find a vending machine that sold any soft drinks or water, cigarettes and park tickets were available though. Also there us an indiorbpool, but was closed until 18:00pm and was an extra charge of €10 per person. Otherwise generally nice pools with a man made beach.

The old hotel,beds are uncomfortable and bedding clothes is very worn out and not looking or smelling fresh. Food is expensive and bad quality as well.Not recommended.

La cena, bastante variada

Nos ha gustado mucho. Todo muy limpio y turnos de cena y desayuno muy bien organizados. Personal muy amable.

Leuke tuin en zwembad. De kamers zijn aan vernieuwing toe (zaken die loskomen, algemene netheid, voorzieningen...). Het eten bij het ontbijt en diner was lekker en het personeel was meestal vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hou er wel rekening mee dat je maar 40 minuten mag ontbijten en 1 uur mag eten 's avonds. Het park is prachtig maar verder één grote ellende. Wachtrijen schieten niet op, het personeel werkt traag, ongeïnteresseerd en inefficiënt. Ze verplichten je eigenlijk door deze houding om dure voorsteekpasjes te kopen maar dan sta je alsnog heel lang in de rij. Tip: kom hier gewoon niet en kijk naar andere pretpark bestemmingen (Europapark, Disneyland...). In Portaventura ga je je alleen maar ergeren.

The hotel was quite quiet during the day, it seems most people were in the parks, this meant not much choice for food or drinks in hotel during the day. But loved the connection to the parks and being able to walk just 15mins to be in Portaventura, but also option to walk to the beach in around 15minutes too. Best Portaventura hotel in terms of distance from beach. Best of both worlds.

Room dated but clean. Breakfast average , we arrived late the night before so had to book latest breakfast slot so items ran out.

Fantastique, ma famille et moi avons passé un agréable séjour et nous y reviendrons dès que possible.

Checkin was efficient in terms of taking details and giving passes. No detail on the hotel, restaurant, bar and pool was given. I asked what time the hotel restaurants close - was told 10pm. That night we found out only the mobbed buffet restaurant was open. Not an issue if we had known as we would have gone elsewhere. So service at reception needs to be looked at. The hotel pool and communal areas are lovely - the rooms let the hotel down. They need updating and the bathrooms renovated. Towels in the bathroom were threadbare.TV had very few channels, not even bbc worldwide. I would go back, but I’d be wary if the price you pay and what’s open - we travelled in peak (July). Overall a good 3 star option - def not a 4 star as the rooms let the property down.
