Lovely place, super clean and staff are so friendly and helpful.

Excellent location. Close to a beautiful mall, restaurants and old town! Walking distance to everything. Great customer service. Coffee available all the time and free. I will book it again.

Abbiamo soggiornato all’Hotel America di Siviglia e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La posizione è fantastica, in pieno centro e comodissima per raggiungere a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni della città. La pulizia è impeccabile, il check-in è stato rapido e il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale. Abbiamo scelto una camera al settimo piano con terrazza: una vera meraviglia! La vista e lo spazio esterno hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Un hotel che consigliamo senza alcun dubbio a chi desidera visitare Siviglia in totale comodità.

Everything was great and the location of the hotel was convient (only a 10-15 min walk from everything). The room was nice and clean.

The Hotel America is very conveniently located, right in the heart of Seville's shopping area, minutes away on foot from the Setas, and right at the northern edge of Sevilla's pedestrian area. There is also a taxi stop right outside to hotel. The hotel is clean, the rooms comfortable and the buffet breakfast very generous and elaborate.

I had read the reviews beforehand and so I knew what to expect. Firstly room 702 was fantastic. The massive balcony overlooking Sevilla was so cool. The room was big, no issues with thin walls or anything of the sort. However, yes, the smell of sewage is there in the lobby immediately as you enter. The room wasn't as bad but you could still smell it. The area itself doesnt smell of sewage at all so its quite puzzling. The sink was smashed and the wallpaper was peeling, which doesnt bother us but they should get it fixed if they want to be seen as a 4 star hotel.. The staff were friendly and helpful, it wasnt ideal that their ice machine was broken though. The area was fantastic and Sevilla is such a perfect city in every sense. If I could stay in the same room again then I would stay here again. If not then I would probably look at somewhere else in the same area. Overall we had a nice time.

my concern is the breakfast was not that great..very few selections.with my platinum status on expedia , i could have gotten free breakfast..for the money they charge 16 euro is not worth it..its one step higher to a continental breakfast.i only tried it once to see what they have to offer,its disappointing. The location is very convenient. great choice for hotel. easy access to all attractions.

Horrible odor throughout hotel. No doubt a result of intense heat of cooking sewage in the city in the summer heatwave. Air conditioner in room unable to cope as well
