Everything was perfect

Estuvimos 8 días y 7 noches en el Riu Vallarta y, una vez más, la experiencia fue excelente. Desde nuestra llegada, todo el personal fue muy atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las instalaciones estaban impecablemente limpias, y disfrutamos muchísimo de la variedad y calidad de la comida en todos los restaurantes. Además, las actividades para adultos y para toda la familia hicieron que cada día fuera muy divertido y entretenido. Esta es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en el Riu Vallarta y, sin duda, volveremos muy pronto. ¡Lo recomendamos ampliamente para quienes buscan unas vacaciones inolvidables!

Very nice resort with lovely amenities.

Place is overall clean and well maintained, but food wise not enough selection. Need better steak house seating due to very very limited on how many people can reserve to eat there. Only allow 80 people per day. Such a big resort and a lot of people. Good luck on eating steak. A lot of activities to do at the resort but no transportation to get to the city like bus except for taxis but they try to short change. Nice overall but very limited on things to do there.

Muy buen hotel, solo si hacen diferencia entre huésped reservando con ellos y mediante otras aplicaciones

Lo único bonito del hotel es el lobby tuvimos que pasarnos al riu palace, riu vallarta muy sucio habitacines muy desagradabkes y oliendo mal, no vale la pena pagar lo que cobran en ese hotel

Excelente servicio y atención, en todo momento en cualquier área, buena comida y diversos eventos de entretenimiento además de excelentes habitaciones limpias

It’s a badass spot I loved it. The only gripe I have is they don’t have plugs to charge every one’s devices at the same time. Also the tvs don’t let you connect the Nintendo switch because they have a block.

Everything real good overall food, service and amenities. Maybe a little bit more quality with the liquor they carry.

Well maintained resort. Pool/ water was extremely hot. Food leaves a lot to be desired. Staff was nice, with exception of desk staff. Definitely not a good check in or check out experience.
