不错的装潢，很棒的公共泳池，所有的公寓楼都围绕在泳池畔，如果住第一层，基本上就可以直接从房间下泳池，超酷的。但是住第二层的好处是在屋顶有私人的烤肉区和三人的按摩浴缸，活动空间更多。紧接的沙滩不怎么美，基本上下不了海，不过可以海边坐坐散步。住得很舒服。

We stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom Villa. It was perfect for our family of 7. Hotel staff was wonderful. Great looking property and fabulous pool area. Location is less than ten minutes from central Port Douglas. Access to the beach. We will definitely return for a longer stay!

Loved the pool area and how some of the rooms which opened to it. Not ours though. I f I had known, I would have asked. We were happy with the large comfortable room and the breakfast.

Best hotel in Port Douglas!!!

Leider sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt und definitiv kein 5-Sterne-Niveau. Positiv hervorzuheben ist eine Dame an der Rezeption, die wirklich großartig war, sowie das Frühstück. Der Rest des Aufenthalts war allerdings eine große Enttäuschung: Beide Zimmer waren sichtbar schlecht gereinigt, mit dreckigen Böden, unhygienischen Badezimmern, Ameisen, fleckigen Handtüchern und allgemein stark abgewohnter Einrichtung. Im ersten Zimmer fanden wir sogar eine Spinne samt Spinnennetz direkt am Bettkissen und mussten sofort das Zimmer wechseln. Das neue Zimmer war (obwohl ein Upgrade) von der Sauberkeit und vom Zustand her auch nicht besser. Besonders frustrierend war, dass uns mehrfach gesagt wurde, dass es bereits viele Beschwerden über das Housekeeping gibt. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir außerdem mehrfach andere Gäste erlebt, die sich ebenfalls über ihre Zimmer beschwert haben und verlegt wurden. Auch die auf Instagram und Expedia beworbenen Zimmer wirken irreführend, da viele davon privat sind und kaum über das Hotel verfügbar sind. Als Entschädigung wurden wir zu einem Hotel-Event eingeladen. Nach dem Besuch fanden wir allerdings auch dieses Erlebnis den regulären Preis absolut nicht wert. Da es sich um unsere Hochzeitsreise handelte und wir bewusst nur 5-Sterne-Hotels gebucht hatten, war die Enttäuschung umso größer. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Australien würden wir dieses Resort maximal als 3-Sterne-Hotel einstufen.

英語がつたない私に親切に説明してくれ、部屋まで案内してkれました。センターにプールがあり子供連れには良いかと思います。部屋は2ベットルームに夫婦2人で別々にゆったりと過ごせました、部屋にランドリーセットがあり汗のかいたシャツなど洗濯ができ便利です。

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good enough but expensive, the room was lovely and big, they are clean and we enjoyed the pool access.

Zeer ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers en jacuzzi. Aardig personeel en een prachtig zwembad. Uitgebreid ontbijt.

Really lovely place, nice idea with the pool interlocking all the accomodation. One thing, it could do with a bit of a spruce & attention to detail. It’s a bit tired looking.

Big room and great location

Staff was great. Restaurant too. Laguna and the whole setting exceded expectations.

Room was outstanding, staff were amazing and very helpful. Resort was lovely! Only issue was cans and plastic cups from the pool bar left around the chairs and umbrellas. Apart from that small issue, the pool and whole resort was stunning.

Room was cleaned daily by very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and had every amenity needed. We had a very enjoyable stay.

There was no omelette station at the breakfast buffet, the food was subpar, the room service forgot our order once and their ordering system was a mess, the gym had broken treadmills, the villa pool was dirty the whole time, the gas grill ran out of gas as we were using it and had to wait for another one, there was only one restaurant option on property and it wasn’t the best.
