Service and house standards were exceptional, it was a quiet environment, offered free parking and the attached restaurant offered a great breakfast offer. Did not have lunch or evening meal but would be sure it would be of the same standard. Attached bar and restaurant within house so no external exit required. You would either need family or friends near by, own transport or hire a taxi as although not too far from town, mostly country lanes to get from A to B. Based off a main bye road

there is no dropped kerb between the disabled parking spaces and the hotel entrance.One wheelchair visitor struggled to climb the high kerb to enter the hotel. Dropped kerbs are to be found in the shopping area spaces but these are not obvious from the hotel carpark.

Good, friendly service at reception. Spacious and very clean room. Comfortable nights stay. Parking nit an issue as large car park. Hotel is on a small park with an M&S and Burger King, so some Youthful activity.

Room was great, but dinner despite the food being good, the serving staff were more engaged with each other than the customers. Felt more like a school canteen

Was very easy to get to, rooms clean , staff very friendly, breakfast and dinner could have been hotter, other than that it was fine

Good experience apart from room too warm for sleeping and some reluctance to change our room to one without an interconnecting door. Good breakfast.

A bed is all I needed, overnight stay. Clean room, comfortable bed.
