We had one bed room apartment. Big room and close to restaurant . Staff and housekeeping very friendly ..but lots of ants at kitchen .WIFI was so slow. Swimming pool very small.

Enjoyed the space and location.

We were disappointed when we arrived and learnt our room was not even on the Main Street that faces the marina. We were off the back street, obviously next to permanent residents. Our room was smelly, with old and damaged furniture. The pictures on Expedia are misleading as we had no view, we had old damaged furniture, and we were off the back road and nowhere Palmer Street.

I was a late arrival and the gentleman that assisted me was a very welcoming man, after a long drive into town coming to the hotel to meet such wonderful person to assist me was amazing.

Lovely staff, beautiful Pool, very convenient in a walkable distance to food and entertainment.

Good accommodation for families

Attending Townsville for sporting events and have always found Park Regis central and convenient. Quiet, safe and comfortable. Highly recommended

2 bedroom apartment was huge with multiple bedding options.

Apartment was a reasonable size with an extremely comfortable bed Bathroom needs towel rails. Good proximity to dining and breakfast venues.

Manager very welcoming offered other items on hand umbrella/chairs. Our room was ready. One tiny suggestion wud be to replace armchair at desk with push in stool to allow space at door entry for luggage bench

Light flickered so in the morning I had to work by the bathroom light. Hair in shower, bathtub needs maintenance and no body wash in the container in the shower. Room did not look like the photo on line.

Location is excellent, restaurants and bars matina near by really nice walking distance, but for the price very dated, needs maintenence, dripping tap in laundry doors keep flinging open had to lean something against them otherwise youbcrash into them at night quite dangerous for elderly people. electrical testing had expired on hair dryer so to scared to use. It was ok but could use a good make over.
