The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak. Only half of the holes of the shower were releasing water weakly. It was made worse as it is an fixed, overhead shower.

We stayed here for the 1st time as we usually stay at another hotel very close by. It was a good stay, in a charming hotel with so many quaint sitting rooms where one can really relaxed and enjoy a drink, coffee, tea or read a book etc. The room we had was a tad small (they really need to start thinking in all of EU to change their customs of these tiny spaces. It didn’t have a dresser or space to take your clothes out of the suitcase. A small closet for your suits and gowns but that’s it. It also didn’t have a luggage rack to keep your suitcases elevated… maybe not enough room. But we managed as it had a working AC. The first room they gave us didn’t and that would not have been tolerable. We liked some of the staff, particularly at check in with a Canadian lady and then the Cross key concierge was fabulous. The other young men at the door and luggage area need to smile and be “hospitable with a smile”. They look like they are not happy to be there and it’s just a job. When you are in hospitality, you can’t make the guest feel that way, as being in hospitality is a privilege and a lifestyle, if it’s not for you, you shouldn’t be in it. Other than that it is close to everything we lve in Marylebone

A lovely stay in an iconic hotel!

Lovely hotel. Staff are super friendly. I’ve stayed here 2 or 3 times. The rooms are very comfortable if a bit warm. Air conditioning would be welcome.

Love the staff and ambience. Difficulty getting into the bath. Not good for us older folks.

What a great 6 days stay. Lovely historic hotel maintained exceptionally well. Long history of being a hotel and the neighborhood had wonder restaurants and independent shops. The staff was very friendly, we loved the small ‘pub’ bar for a nightcap and breakfast was excellent too. Our new fav London hotel.

I had a wonderful visit in London at Durrants Hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. My friend and I had a lovely time sitting in the bar area in the evening for drinks and snacks. The lounge area was also comfortable and nicely lit. My bedroom was always clean and I adored my view of the church next door. Overall, I was extremely pleased!

I am a sole traveler. The entire staff was accommodating and cheerful. Property was clean and very British. I am an American and was looking just for that. Durrant’s made my trip to London extremely memorable. Thanks to all.

I really wanted to absolutely love this hotel, the public areas are wonderful However the room itself was a huge dissappointment. I looked directly into other windows with zero daylight or view (which for one night in London is vital) week prior I'd stayed at a neighboring hotel with a much better view. The shower had absolutely zero presssure, the sink faucet had more and it's how I managed to get the conditioner out of my hair, it was late i was tired or i would have asked for a new room. Also there was no hairdryer or anywhere to hang my clothes. I was looking for a new London base (I travel every weekend) and while I recomend coming here for a drink or food I cannot sadly recomend it as a place to stay

Loved it all! So charming, close to 2 tube stations, and lovely reception rooms. We loved the bar!
