The hotel is part of Importanne Resort, easily accessed by Bus Line 6 (final stop). Stayed a balcony room with panoramic sea view on Floor 5, which affords a very good view of the sea without being blinded by the sun. Tour groups also use this hotel and these passengers would take their breakfast very early in the morning. Their movement and noise may be the only negative point I can think of. Otherwise I find the hotel a pleasant place to stay with peaceful surroundings and frequent bus services to Pile/city gate.

The reception staff did not give a requested wake up call, making it difficult to catch my flight. The reception staff did not provide the Grab & Go breakfast, the request was made 11:00 am on 28th Jan and was confirmed by the receptionist who processed the checkout payment a night before at 9:00 PM on 28th Jan.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Neptun ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war stets freundlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück und abendbuffet war ansprechend und abwechslungsreich, die Zimmer sind geräumig und gepflegt. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die bushaltestelle von wo aus man direkt nach Dubrovnik fahren kann. Das Hotel bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten in der näheren Umgebung.

La ubicación es hermosa, puedes disfrutar la vista escénica de Dubrovnik, muy diferente al centro histórico.

Spotless room , i had a junior suite on the 7th of 8 floors with a great sea view from the balcony. Great friendly staff, a special mention for Kate on reception who sorted out a minor discrepancy for me. Lovely breakfast although the bacon was nearly always cold . Champagne was on offer every day at breakfast. One of the best hotels i have stayed in 5 stars.

Clean room and amenities

This was our first trip to Croatia in the off season and we felt so welcomed and impressed with the service and people. This property will be our only accommodation here in the country

Breakfast was excellent and the room and all facilities very clean and well maintained.

Personalen var så trevliga och hjälpsamma. Glad att erbjuda information och tips. Professionell och jobbade mycket. Vårt rum var rent (varje dag kom de). Maten var gott i restaurangen på hotellet (inkl frukost). Jätte bekvämt rum hade vi. Otrolig utsikt.

Clean, quiet, well appointed rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of vegetarian options, fresh food, and sparkling wine. Near the bus stop and an inexpensive Uber ride from the Old Town. Would absolutely stay here again if in Dubrovnik.

The views were great; being able to swim in the ocean right from the hotel pool area. The Breakfast was amazing.

Je sais que les hébergements dans cette région sont chers, mais au prix de plusieurs centaines d euros par nuit, j' ai trouvé que le confort et le service n étaient pas au rendez-vous. Nous avons dîner dans deux de leurs restaurants également, même constat. Beaucoup trop cher. N B.: à la réservation, il était précisé qu une bouteille de vin ous serait offerte ; nous avons eu le droit à un litre d eau.

The service and staff were terrific and the pools were warm. Great location.

Hotel was clean and pleasant to stay at. The staff went beyond and above for us.

Solid hotel 15 mins (by car) from Dubrovnik town center. Spacious and modern rooms. Nice swimming pools and restaurants by the sea. Awesome breakfast buffet, all in an upscale area. Will definitely go back
