Room was smaller than expected. No pic on the wall or any decoration. Barely room to walk. Advertised as classic queen and later showed up on email as cozy queen. Definitely cozy/small! There were silver fish in the bathroom, toilet was wobbly, shower water was rusty when it first came out. I took a picture of the bugs thinking they were cockroaches. Bed - mattress cover was badly stained. The fitted sheet came off while I was sleeping and revealed the stained mattress cover. Very disappointed.

35 rooms and 7 parking spaces. Had to walk to a municipal parking lot which was full. Too bad if you are disabled. Ridiculous. Smallest bathroom ever. Trailer size sink and nowhere to put toiletries. Spilled water on floor from the tiny sink and mopped it up with a face cloth which was filthy after cleaning up the spills on the floor. My husband had to duck down in the shower to even get wet since the shower head was so low. Again ridiculous. Curtains in the room were so sparse the sun blasted into the room since they were not wide enough.Had to use hair clips to keep out the light. Do not recommend. Location good but not worth it. Stay somewhere else.

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. I had one of the budget rooms and was still trated like royalty. The room was spartan, but beautifully decorated and there was obvious care taken in how the room was laid out. Should I find myself in Stratford again I will certainly stay here again, only I would splurge a little on a larger room next time knowing that it would be well worth it. Excellent job!

Modest but comfortable, nice bed. Overall clean but the bathroom could have used a more detailed clean (under the sink, in the corners). In room coffee was instant, drinkable but not great. Great location, nice staff. A pleasant stay.

Although our suite was bright and spacious, the washroom was totally inadequate. Very cramped and tiny and dated. Should be at least twice the size.

It was a small room with a large upholstered bed frame that stuck out from the mattress causing frequent foot and leg when trying to walk around it. The mattress was not firm or comfortable. Poor reno of bathroom and the location of baseboard heater under the sink and next to the shower did not inspire confidence. Very squeaky door into room. mentioned it and hope the next person has a quieter entry.

Check in was easy and quick at the front desk. The lobby area was very nice. We had a good bed in our room. In contrast the hallways and room were a huge disappointment. The bathroom was not the one in the series of 5 photos for my booking. It was the smallest bathroom that I have ever seen in a hotel. The room and bathroom have been updated with a coat of white paint. The workmanship in our room and bathroom was not professional in appearance. No carpet nor rug at all. Shards of glass on the floor near the footstool. Bedroom curtains that were not large enough for the window. No black out curtain for sleeping. We did not have complete privacy as there was a building adjacent to our window in close proximity. The hallway had two tapestries that were stapled to the wall on the top and left loose to hang. I thought that I had booked a boutique hotel. This booking was a hugh disappointment. On booking I could not get a parking spot and I telephoned the hotel directly and was told to use a parking lot in the city. The day that I arrived the front desk told me that there was parking available. The cost of this very small room and parking rounded up to $285.00. I have stayed in many hotels for personal and work trips. A continental breakfast was not included either. I feel that I have been taken or misled when I look back to the Expedia booking.

There was a water issue and the staff advised us not to drink the water but only provided us with bottled water we were required to pay $4 for. Staff said this was because we booked on an external site. No one ever returned my call when I called in advance to pay for the surprise $20 parking fee either.

The room was small but it was clean and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was nice with a walk in shower.

My dorm room in university was bigger, but my main word of advice is to make sure you are aware of the conditions for cancelling your reservation.

Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber für die paar Tage die ich da war, war es vollkommen ausreichend. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Für ein kurzen Aufenthalt und wenn man hauptsächlich ins Theater gehen möchte, ist es sehr zu empfehlen.

This hotel needs fixing up. The room lock looks like it was previously broken in and it wasn't fully fixed. The shower drain was bent out of shape and had a sharp edge sticking out that could cut your feet.

It was Canada Day and also my birthday when we checked in, there's no perk for me which I was fine with. Then there was a power outage for more than 2 hours on that super hot day, no a/c, and the hotel offered no compensation, not even bottled water. We had a show that night at 8pm and need to find a place to eat before that. The hotel staff didn't help. This was our second stay at this hotel, meaning we were quite satisfied with the first one. But I was so dissapointed this time. Last time there was capsule coffee mahince in room, but we only have cheap instant coffee this time. The room door was so hard to open/close. The fridge in our room was leaking water onto the floor during the power outage and we reported, but the staff didn't even care... Worst birthday experience ever.

Bathroom very small . No selection of teas. No milk for tea. No teaspoons for stirring drinks. Tiny bedroom. Very limited continental breakfast menu. Parking spots full, no where to park. More stairs to room than expected.

The Windsor Hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We were in the apartment. My children/grandchildren were in 2 other suites. Our room because a great gathering area for meals and family fun. Though the rooms might use a little up grade, everything was clean and working. Would definitely return.
