The service was great specially Viktoria in the reception was very kind and diligent. The room had great space for 3 people, apartment like, great bed pillows and space distribution. Well located. Very recommended.

Hôtel confortable avec un bon rapport qualité prix. La gare de Las Matas située à 10 minutes à pied est un plus pour pouvoir visiter Madrid.

giunti in struttura la nostra prenotazione risultava annullata nonostante noi avessimo la conferma via mail e nessun altro avviso. scortesi e nessuna risoluzione. abbiamo dovuto trovare un altro posto.

El desayuno fue excelente y lo más que nos gustó por su gran variedad. Ahora si, es mejor pagarlo directo en el hotel que a través de la página online ya que sale más económico. El cuarto muy cómodo. Las personas muy amables. Solo una pintura en los alrededores de afuera y ya! El tren queda a 10 minutos a pie o sea que el Uber se utiliza bastante.

The hotel staff is very kind and professional. The room was incredibly spacious for the four of us. The breakfast was very good as well. The hotel is right off the highway, so you can get to the center of Madrid and to the airport within 30 to 35 minutes depending if traffic. It is an easy ride to both areas. There are places to go shopping and dining close to the hotel. I would recommend it.

Good clean hotel. Far from city center so needs a car. Close to Rosa ooutlet and other malls, still needs a car to reach. Friendly staff...
