隔音不太好，隔壁房的動作聽得很清楚，房門不太好關，需要很大力才能關上，所以很吵

This hotel locate at a great area, super convenient to any activities. However we felt sorry for their rooms’ condition. We did not understand why they could allow the toilet seat having stained color and beds with dust and black particles. They should try re-inspect each room right before guests actually live in, at least doing so for a period of time to rescue their reputation.

Close to beautiful green space/path and aquarium.

The staff were nice and the breakfast you pay for was amazing. The room was tiny and bare bones. Felt like prison living. No mini fridge. It was not worth the price!

Terrible, no ac first night and paid for breakfast extra that were questioned each morning since the staff forget to ad it

The hotel need repair soon the a/c unit broken in night time water true the vent Do no received respond at a moment

Very convenient and easy access to almost everything you need. Hotel is attached to a shopping mall. Main attraction in the city center is walkable. Nice clean and quiet rooms.Public transportation is also an easy access if you want to go farther away from the city. Highly recommended!!

El baño de las habitaciones no tiene puerta, tiene mampara que ni siquiera cierra. Hay cero privacidad y eso es muy molesto.

The inside of the room was a little bit decorated because of time I think tables or fix things around will improve a lot but the place is great. I don’t have any complaints about it.

Best thing is the water refilling on the floor.

Habitación correcta y camas cómodas. Check in rápido. No nos gustó que para desayunar hay que salir al hotel de enfrente.

Molto bello per visitare la città. In camera purtroppo manca un vero e proprio armadio' c'è solo una cassettiera e una rella appendiabiti. Per il resto tutto perfetto e personale molto disponibile

The person on the front desk allways said my reservation is already ben paid also the same day i did check out they tools me you fine you room is already ben cancelled Ok i go the airport and when i almost Depart on the airplane the lady call me and try me like I was stealing and because i did never pay for a room they said my room already ben paid i did ask on the day i did arrive to check in on the day i did check out I'm believing that they already charged the Card that was in the system , I'm believing that they already charged the Card that was in the system but over than at i have to I had to endure the form of bad treatment on the phone of the reception or front desk manager and thief treatment ..!
