隔音不太好，隔壁房的動作聽得很清楚，房門不太好關，需要很大力才能關上，所以很吵

This hotel locate at a great area, super convenient to any activities. However we felt sorry for their rooms’ condition. We did not understand why they could allow the toilet seat having stained color and beds with dust and black particles. They should try re-inspect each room right before guests actually live in, at least doing so for a period of time to rescue their reputation.

Very nice, clean hotel. Very slow check in and crazy lift/elevator situation - having to change to different lifts for different floors.

La única ventaja real de este hotel es su ubicación, ya que está muy cerca del Oceanográfico y de un centro comercial, lo cual resulta conveniente para moverse por la zona. Sin embargo, la experiencia en general deja mucho que desear. Desde la entrada se percibe un mal olor en el área, lo cual da una mala primera impresión. Además, el día de salida tuvimos un inconveniente importante: aunque el check-out era a las 12:00, la habitación fue bloqueada desde las 11:45. Como nos encontrábamos fuera desayunando, no pudimos acceder para recoger nuestras maletas, lo cual fue muy inconveniente.Los muebles son incómodos y poco modernos, y la habitación carece de elementos básicos como clóset o gavetas para organizar pertenencias. El baño también presenta inconvenientes: la bañadera es demasiado alta e incómoda, especialmente para niños o personas mayores. Además, no proporcionan suficientes artículos de aseo, y el aire acondicionado no enfría lo suficiente, lo cual afecta la comodidad de la estancia. En general, el hotel necesita mejoras importantes para ofrecer una experiencia más agradable.

Nunca fuimos al desayuno , pero el hotel tiene muy malas condiciones , súper incómodos las habitaciones , no tiene mini refrigerador, no tienen máquinas ni para comprar agua ,la atención súper mala , lo único es que no tiene mala localización

Este hotel esta genial. muy cerca de la ciudad de las ciencias y con parking te permite tener accesibilidad al centro. tanto las habitaciones como los servicios estan muy bien.

Es handelt sich um ein normales Standard-Hotel. Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen, es gibt keinen Schrank - dafür eine kleine Garderobe. Der Frühstücksraum kann die Kapazitäten aus beiden Hotels nicht darstellen, d.h. es kann zu (längeren) Wartezeiten kommen. Das Frühstück selber ist sehr umfangreich. Der online Check-In hat nicht funktioniert, so dass an der Rezeption mit langen Wartezeiten gerechnet werden muss. Es gibt keine Metrostation in unmittelbarer Nähe, dafür aber eine Bushaltestelle. Fazit: wir waren vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis enttäuscht!

Hotel di categoria media. Il grande problema è che non esiste insonorizzazione. In 3 notti, ci siamo svegliati ad ogni persona che passava nel corridoio. Anche la minima voce sembrava fosse bella stanza. Per il resto tutto molto buono.
