Breakfast was fantastic. Long wait times for tea and coffees but food was exceptional Rooms were clean and spacious although dark and poorly lit

The stay at Sofitel Marrakech Palais was excellent- amazing service and rooms. Our stay was unfortunately very short and barely an evening spent. But the beds were very comfortable and shower stalls and toilet all appeared modern and newly renovated.

Splendid breakfasts

Great location in Hivernage district, safe for walking, restaurants and nightlife nearby. Beautiful classic Moroccan palace style, lush gardens, luxury hotel feel. Multiple outdoor pools but unfortunately only one pool available to us was heated - the main pool was very cold and virtually unuseable. Breakfast was good with plenty of options but don’t expect traditional English cooked breakfast. Lovely staff, all helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, comfortable, good balcony with view over pool and gardens. Shower water a bit smelly. Fortunately we had the quiet side of the hotel so the late night noise from Nobu rooftop music did not bother us in our room. The Orangerie and So Lounge restaurants were superb with good entertainment. All in all a great stay and we would definitely go back.

Très bon acceuil! Ça sent tellement bon dans le lobby qui est immense !La chambre était propre très fonctionnelle avec un petit balcon duquel on aperçoit les montagnes de l’atlas Et le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel ! Croissants incroyables et msemens et beignets marocains fabriqués devant vous tous les matins. Le personnel très gentil et souriant
