Amazing facilities, awesome service

Great outdoor pool. Be warned there is very loud music played across the street until around 10pm on Tuesday nights.

clean room, but feel the staff is not trained well. when I was waiting for the elevator after parking car, there were two employees waiting with their carts, nobody said hello or smile to us, and they just entered the elevator. Also the breakfast area is very small. overall, it is not worth $300 per night.

We had an excellent stay at the Summerland Resort. We enjoyed the location, the amenities, the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff

As always since you opened 20 years ago and through all our stays alone, with family, and our now grown up grandkids “you rock”. What a special and unique place in the road to have fun, rest, and rejuvenate. See you next time.

Our room was exceptional with a walkout to the pool area. Room was clean and overall the resort was beautiful

Nice stay. Loved having a kitchen in the suite. Sofa bed was... A sofa bed. Loud springs and quite uncomfortable. The king bed was great though. The pool and the boardwalk by the beaches were a huge hit!

Our family had a great 4 night stay. Quiet property, great location right on the water.

Tv in upper loft way too small. Didn’t make sense that tv in main room did not turn-could not see it when seated on the couch

Love that it’s right by the lake—great for biking and easy access to a small private beach on-site or nearby. Room was clean with a full kitchen. Pool area was nice, though the water was a bit cloudy. Parking for oversize truck is tricky and limited, especially if you’re in and out a lot. The restaurant next door was very good.

We always stay here because of the location, friendly staff, clean, and amenities. It’s our favorite place to be as a family
