Nice and modern hotel

Lovely hotel in a very rundown street with closed down hotels around about . The young guy on reception was miserable and no interaction or even a hello or goodbye check-in / out. Bar area nice but once again miserable barman. Room was red hot and no window to open.

Had a great stay. We'd prefer free parking (£17 a night)instead of free breakfast.

Easy parking and access to the property. Modern facilities and rooms.

The whole experience was very good, the staff were very efficient pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was presented very well as was the evening meal we had.

Stay was good. Enjoyed the view and the room is maintained in a very good state. The on street parking is free there just in front of the hotel. But they never mention that. I had to pay for parking inside the hotel

Hotel great on outside and on way room got to room dirty curtains stains on carpet stains on netting at windows and on sheets but disappointed never complained as only staying 1 night so just got on with it

Nice hotel in good price for family. Waffles for breakfast was a nice touch.

Not great for a hilton branded hotel, great check in but tired rooms, no bedding for pull out bed (resolved promptly after going to reception) and table given away at breakfast! Complaint raised

It was ok but the check in was awful as I booked in my husband’s name and i was checking in first and they wouldn’t let me check in. I work in the industry and travel a lot and haven’t had this experience.

Slightly out of the way if Blackpool centre but near tram

Fantastic hotel. Blackpool hotels can be awful but this is a breath of fresh sea air. So clean and comfortable. I will stay here again when golfing nearby.

It is nice. The staff was very helpful. Very good place. We enjoyed our stay.

A good location. A tendency to be family oriented rather than a quiet location for couples.
