It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.

Spotless throughout, staff very professional and friendly

From check-in to check-out everything was lovely. The room was large & clean with 2 double beds. The hotel was modern,staff friendly & breakfast was excellent on both days. The location of the hotel was excellent & there was parking at £10 per day. We will definitely return to Lincoln,a great weekend.

On arrival the receptionist was quite nonchalant and wasn’t interested in informing us about the facilities, breakfast timings ect. Talking about breakfast, we had pre-booked, but if you haven’t, a full breakfast costs £16.95. For that amount I would expect fresh ingredients, but it was quite obvious that some of the food was reheated from the day before… If you prefer a Continental breakfast for £9.95, there is no cheese or a selection of meats to choose from. Sorry, I’ve had much better breakfasts in other hotels! Room was nice and clean, but I found the mattress way too firm. My husband was ok with the firmness. We paid for parking for two nights and found when we arrived back at the hotel the second day, there was no parking spaces left. Although the hotel doesn’t guarantee parking, why take payment in advance?? So, off we went to the local multi storey car park. Not happy! The hotel’s location is great. Near to restaurants and the city centre is within a short walk. However, we won’t return. We will stay at the Holiday Inn Express instead, where we have stayed many times and never had any issues. Hilton Double Tree next doors is also very nice, so do yourself a favour and ignore this place!!

Very good comfortable stay and breakfast fabulous, but the best thing was all members of staff were lovely: they were helpful friendly as well as doing a hreat job.

Easy check-in. Room was a bit tired, however, bathroom was superb, I'd guess at recently refitted. Great location, car parking for £10 is bargain in Lincoln! Would visit again for sure.

Room clean, but very dated. Bathroom modern with modern shower with lots hot water. Had to askfor room change as only tiny tiny window, in alcove in first room. Was staying over Xmas. Staff very professional and friendly. Came back early Boxing Day as car park filled up, I got the last place. When I asked, the receptionist told me I would get my money back if no parking spaces.

The room was fine. A couple of very small maintenance issues but it didn't cause any problems. Staff were so kind and attentive, especially in the restaurant. First time staying in this hotel and hopefully not the last

All was good. breakfast could be more healthier, Cable tv could be provided such Netflix etc. Fridge could be provided in the rooms

Excellent location walking distance to everything we wanted. Stated here twice will stay again, lovely comfy place and rooms very clean, very kind staff cannot fault anything. Xmas party nights here are great

The staff are always helpful and friendly at this hotel. The service is consistent and rooms clean. Breakfasts are buffet style and are excellent.
