Room condition ok, comfortable, but housekeeping did not do a good job, never wash the used glasses.

I would say the hardware of this hotel could be further maintained but the software was very great!! The check in staff were energetic, helpful and kind!! I could feel their sincere welcome! And thank you for the welcome drink too!! This hotel is high accessible. Overall, a satisfactory stay!

Fantastic hotel. Staff and rooms were excellent. Clean and central location. Will be back. As a platinum VIP Expedia member however, I was not told of any of the benefits until check out. Which is a shame as the service was flawless.

Great hotel. Close to old town.

There are two sides of this hotel. We were on the old side. I would ask when booking what side you’re in. Our bed was very comfortable and typical to most European hotels the room was not very large. The location is perfect!! Seems out of the way and quiet when you get there but you’re literally a very, very short walk to everything. Trolley stops are very close and a five minute walk to Rathausplatz. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff was absolutely amazing but the hotel is a bit on the older side. We had issues with water temperature. Location is good.

Great place to stay.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Somehow, they need to renovate all the main floor space that exists between the old and the new hotel and make themselves a grand lobby with a nice bar.

Check in was nice with fast service. Anna was very helpful at check out. We loved our room ... bed and pillows were top quality ... shower was okay ... but everything including the welcome treats were nice. We felt very special. Thank you Anna for working so hard to help make our departure nice.

Es un hotel de primera todo exquisito, su decoración su belleza por afuera y por adentro. Lo mejor hace tiempo no tenia un trato tan especial por parte de sus empleados en la llegada hablando español un joven checo llamado Thomas nos ayudo y recomendo un extraordinario Restaurante. Siempre dispuesto ayudar. En el check out Sabrina muy amable, pero la atenciones sobresalientes de Anna nos motivan a regresar en la verqno y volver a quedarnos en este hotel. Tienen un desayuno super variado y muy fresco las frutas, quesos en fin de todo super rico. Las habitaciones son bien espaciosas y el baño wow super lujoso y amplio recomendado 10000%
