The tub is hard to get in and the plastic door above the tub is uneasy to shut, therefore it leaks. The condition is excellent.

As always, clean and tidy hotel. Room was suitable for our needs.Street Market food was tasty and keenly priced. Breakfast as always exceptionally tasty and well presented. Ample parking with cameras overlooking main areas. Lovely location with a great river walk around the reservoir to keep 4 legged friends happy.

Spotless hotel and room. Bathroom spotless too. Just a couple of things- Units in room were very dusty. Mattress was very soft and a bit uncomfortable but it wouldn't put me off going back.

Reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Dinning room staff were also very friendly. I was awoken on Sunday at 7.45 by the room cleaners, and then again after 10AM, with a 'Oh, you're still here?' Whatever the room cleaning were expecting, I did not appreciate the early knocking.

Breakfast staff were excellent especially Rita Katia Goma an italian looking waiter and another young chef whom worked alongside Goma all were very cheerful helpful and great service. Fruit selection could have been better and the drinks as seemed watered down. Wifi was no good at the breakfast area. Cushions uncomfortable and not soft enough very bulky. Apart from that very clean and beds were brilliant size.

Check in was great lady behind the desk was really helpful and friendly. The room was not so great the handle to the wi sue was hanging off and had been screwed shut by a hinge bracket. The charging points were broken. Definitely the worst condition Holiday Inn I’ve stayed in. Had food which looked overcooked but tasted better than it looked. Just to the side of the hotel is a lovely walk around a river.

Hotel was nice and in a good location for visiting nearby areas. Good parking area Room was spacious and had air conditioning and twin double beds. Couldn't work out how to close the plug for a bath but the shower was hot and powerful. Fan in the bathroom didn't work but reception staff listed our complaint and were going to sort it out. Breakfast in the restaurant was good and staff worked hard to keep area clean and food items restocked.

Our stay was overall really good. The food was amazing and well worth the money in my opinion although there was discussion that it was more in the pricier side but it proved to be worth it in my opinion. The room as really clean and the shower was my favourite part of the room. Things that I think could’ve made the experience better is more thicker pillows, it made it harder to sit in bed and watch tv or even find a comfortable position to go to sleep in. Also I think having more memory foam mattresses would be appreciated when it comes to bed comfort. Also the tv made me excited as I saw different streaming apps such as Netflix and YouTube but these were not working even though the tv was connected to the internet so we resorted to the free TV.

Great place wonderful staff

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff accommodating and friendly. The safe in our room wasn’t working and was reported straight away. Unfortunately it still wasn’t working when we left. The hotel is quite some distance from the town centre and the bus service isn’t that frequent so we had to book taxis which the hotel did for us. Car parking is easy as there is big car park with lots of parking bays.

Really nice hotel and lovely staff, Chloe at the check-in desk was wonderful and very helpful.

Great hotel . Very friendly and helpful

It was very noisy at night so couldn’t sleep good and even one woman and her children tryed to get into to my room at 11.30 pm and night and woke me up and said she made a mistake

Hannah gave us a lovely warm welcome despite it being 11pm on our arrival! Bed was lovely and comfy, room very clean and just what we needed as a half way point on our journey
