This is NOT a 4 sater hotel, expect a 3 star hotel with a 4 star location. I will add that the front desk is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. My wife and I have traveld the world and a lot in Europe. We have found a common thread in Catalonia, not just at this property. People here a generally rude and aggresive. People in the service industries who make their living from the tourist trade, seem very inconvenienced by it all and bothered that you exist. Rude treatement from a front desk clerk in this part of the world is a common occurance, so don't let it get to you. Costa Brava is beautiful beyond compare, just be prepared for the other part....

The hotel is run very efficiently. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent. Our room (junior suite) was huge. We had a great balcony/terrace, and great view towards the sea. Parking in a safe and sufficiently large parking lot belonging to the hotel was a big plus. Would definitely stay there again.

Under floor heating was very much appreciated as we enter the cooler period (visit December). Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, substantial buffet breakfast, off street parking all helped the stay. Polite friendly staff all seemed interested in your well being. Ideally located for coastal walks. Room was poorly lit, very subdued lighting.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout était parfait. La chambre parfaite, superbe, très propre, le personnel très très sympathique, accueillant, un vrai bonheur. Hôtel magnifique. Tout est très beau et très bon.

This is our second time staying in this hotel. Excellent staff, clean and spacious rooms, close to the beach, very comfy beds. Strongly recommend!

Good property

Nice room. Good food. Location.

The 1st night the fire alarm went off at 3am for no apparent reason, the 2nd night there was a power cut. The hotel is looking very tired and a number alteration have Ben done on the cheap. The WiFi is very inconsistent, the food was very basic.All in all the is better for the money paid locally.

Nederlands personeel aardig en correct maar Spaans personeel onbeschoft en chagrijnig. De kamer is niet 33m2 maar 24m2 waarom is dit? Hang en sluitwerk matig. Waardebonnen gekregen voor tapas maar je kan deze niet verzilveren. Vloer in de badkamer bloedheet loopt waarschijnlijk een hete buis onder de vloer.

Fijne locatie, als tussenstop voor onze winterperiode , zowel heen als terug een aanrader. Tot eind oktober!!

Zeer goed hotel goed bed en douche diner niet vergelijken met Nederland vind ik matig Ochtend ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en vriendelijk personeel. Over twee maanden op terugreis boek ik er weer

Grande chambre bien équipée avec grande salle de bain aussi, comprenant une baignoire balneo et une douche séparée. Parking gratuit extérieur et possibilité d’un parking fermé en sous-sol à 10 euros. Restaurant en face, un peu cher pour ce qu’un y a dans l’assiette , dommage!! Ex le ragoût de bœuf comprenait 4 petits morceaux de viande avec un peu de carottes et pomme de terre 22 euros Situation près de la plage mais pas de vue.

3 nachten geweest de derde nacht bijna niet geslapen. We sliepen op kamer 112 aan de buitenmuur en daar staat een hele grote airco/warmtepomp o.i.d. die maakte de hele nacht een zwaar brommend geluid. Jammer voor zo'n goed hotel, er werd niets met knze klacht gedaan.
