La habitación limpia y el personal muy amable

Todo bien, solo reporté que el inodoro estaba tirando el agua sin parar (no había afuera) y nunca lo arreglaron y se desperdició mucha agua. Y solo había agua caliente en regadera por más que le moví jamás se niveló la temperatura.

Good location they clean the rooms everyday just be aware but you can turn them away if need be

It was an amazing experience staying here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the bar was also great. I will definitely stay here if I come back!!!

O melhor hotel da Cidade do México! Possui uma ótima localização. Já é a 3• vez que me hospedo nele. Na próxima viagem com certeza o hotel escolhido será ele novamente.

Si había tiendas cerca, la habitación estaba muy limpia aunque olía a pintura, pero lo resolví abriendo la ventana, me gusta ese hotel por estar cerca de comercios, museos y muy céntrico

The room was clean the second day I found a bug/cockroach in the closet and I texted them in there WhatsApp messages and they said tomorrow they will look into it. The next day I took the cleaning lady she said she will report it and didn’t even clean the room. I called front deak and said let me see what we can do they switch us rooms and was way better it even felt nicer I think they just sent us to a corner room become we are yung. And the streets near buy smell very bad and if you open the window the smell comes in super strong

Everything was great, the location was the best, the majority of the places I like to visit are walking distance. The only thing I did not like was the sewer smell, it was outside but sometimes you could smell it at the lobby. The elevator takes so long to arrive, even when the hotel have three of them. But other than that, it was great, I will reserve again in my next visit to the majestic CDMX. And I will recommend this hotel to my friends, family and everyone who want to visit CDMX.
