訂的房型是兩晚看得到天文鐘房型，出發前還特地寫信問了酒店，確定是可以看得到天文鐘房間。 結果到現場，開門進房後發現無法看到天文鐘，立即反應。酒店表示全客滿，明天再替我們換房間，明明已經預定好，居然得到這樣的回答。 隔天換房間，櫃檯居然還跟我多收10歐元，因為換到可以看到天文鐘的房間。 這間酒店信用何在，對捷克飯店這樣處理，真的大失所望。 也不會有下次了。

1. 第一天由維也納到布拉格時間已經晚了，當在櫃檯check in 時，飯店告知沒有房間，另外已在別處安排飯店所屬的公寓先居住一晚，雖然公寓空間大些、舒適度也有些，但因沒有事先告知，心裏感覺不是很👌。 2. 飯店沒有提供熱水店壺，無法有熱水可使用，令人感到十分不便利。

room is at garret, no elevator. It’s hard to get there with heavy luggage. Also, garret room is no view there.

Due to hotel fully booked, they change our room type which is no view, it make us very disappointed

房間質素及員工態度都很好，座落於舊城區的中心位置，無論購物、飲食或觀光都非常方便……

地點在精華區，飯店對面就是廣場，且吃東西與逛街都非常方便，強推薦給大家。

This is a hotel founded since 13th century. The interiors are just like the movie scene. The hotel staffs are very kind. The location is just next to old town square and in front of astronomical clock. You go outside and you will find many lovely restaurants and bars. But inside the hotel you won't hear the noise. The only thing I felt that is inconvenient is that hotel rooms in the other wing do not have elevator. This is because this hotel is historical sites protected by the government. But the hotel crews will help you to carry the luggage, so that it won't be a problems. The only challenge is that you have to climb three floors -- but it won't be a problem for me ^^. 服務員態度親切有禮，房間面積很大，有兩個大衣櫉。美中不足是客房沒有自動電梯，我入住尾房，需上上落落多層樓梯才到。

服務一流！房間很有歷史的感覺！位置很好！唯一不好或許是住的地方和吃早餐的地方不相連，冬天要冒冷走幾步到餐廳。

名所の天文時計の真ん前にあり、各観光地、プラハ本駅、地下鉄及びトラムの駅にも近い、好立地。 もちろん、旧市街広場の真ん中。 そんな所にあっても、静かに過ごせた。

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. Super views of the astronomical clock, breakfast is delicious and the Mozart Cafe is phenomenal. Friendly and helpful staff. Elevator to rooms

Perfect location! Staff was friendly. Room was very comfortable.

Excellent location. At first not having an elevator to our room seemed troublesome but the room, space and huge bath made up for it. Even the AC worked pretty great. We loved Praha and look forward to our next trip. We would stay here again.
