乾淨，地理位置很好

床鋪很大，隔音非常好，周遭環境安靜。唯一缺點是淋雨水壓比較小。

The swimmingpool was closed and we had not received any notification about this prior to our stay. Its a critical that the hotel didnt not make any arrangement with hotels in neighbourhood so hotel guests could use spa facilities during the stay. After all its a ***** hotel.

Beautiful hotel, modern and sleek. The spa centre was a little bit underwhelming, but it was still modern but was due for renovation during part of our stay.

Had a really excellent and comfortable stay. The rooms are great and the pool is also great. Staff are brilliant. Great location for walking distance to all facilities plus public transport

Rooms were clean and modern, we used the pool and sauna when we were there which was lovely and relaxing. Convenient place to stay and easy access by taxis. Lots to see and do would stay again!

Excellent hotel great location super confortable bed , spacious and in the center of it all

Saubere Zimmer, jedoch müssen teilweise Kleinigkeiten erneuert werden. Frühstück und Personal sind super, nur die Göste benehmen sich hier teilweise fürchterlich beim Frühstück. Diese packen sich Lunchpakete in großen Mengen und schreien teilweise in der Gegend herum. Geschäfte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nöhe ausreichend vorhanden, auch fußläufig Bushaltestellen und Taxis. Die historische Innenstadt ist eine Straße entfernt. Abends teilweise Poserautos unterwegs die mak hört.

Personal ist super freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sauber. Das Bett ist das Beste, was mit ihrem Schlaf passieren kann.

I’ve been staying in this hotel for years. Love the location and breakfast. The service is usually very good, but during my recent stay I got a room without working heating. I spoke to the reception twice about the issue on two different days and despite being told the technical department would be notified and the issue would be fixed, it was not. Nothing was done. I finally asked for a different room which was accommodated. I would expect the hotel to address the issue more promptly.
