It is a treat to visit. We have been 6-7 times and it’s always wonderful! Wilson was exceptional at the front desk!

We liked everything. This hotel/property is amazing. While showing some age, the rooms/cabanas are spacious and comfortable, featuring nice patios. The three interconnected pools are wonderful with massage fountain features. The restaurant food and service were good. The best part is the natural jungle that surrounds you. The insects, the mammals and the most amazing howling monkeys! Oh I miss them already. Also Starbucks station. The archeological site, most amazing, just meters away. Vert highly recommended.

We used the pool and ate deserts at the restaurant, it was clean and the staff was friendly. The propertybis beautiful just like the oictures show. Wilson was very knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions.

El aire aconcidicionado excelente! La villa es muy cómoda y la terraza con mecedoras un excelente detalle. La alberca tiene agua a temperatura ambiente, es preciosa.

Es increíble… lo único que realmente es una pena es que no es Pet friendly. Ojalá algún día cambien esa regla, cada vez más lugares y resorts están abiertos a esta opción… y quienes viajamos con nuestros perritos es porque se portan bien.

La habitación nos tocó muy limpia y con buena ubicación cerca del restaurante y piscina,el personal muy amable, agua caliente todo el tiempo y la piscina muy limpia y de muy buen tamaño

The room was clean, the staff was capable and efficient, the place was located on a beautiful ground, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The only thing was that no glass was provided.

I was charged for a towel I never received. I had to pay for it because I had signed that I received 4 pool towels and I did sign but never felt the need to count the towels since I trusted them. Anyways be careful make sure you get what you sign for. Also, The waiter we got at the restaurant took forever to bring us a menu and our drink orders.Customer service was lacking didn’t feel welcomed. It’s just not the service I expected.

Excelente ubicación, habitaciones muy bonitas y limpias, trato muy amable, un lugar maravilloso en la selva, despiertas con los monos.

Our room was surrounded by the beautiful rain forest. In the mornings we heard and saw monkeys in the trees. The room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the shower was nice & hot. Very good air conditioning too. We appreciated the relaxing patio. Staff was very friendly. The pool area was marvelous.
