第一次入住这家酒店，感觉一般。位置也还可以，靠近商店和购物中心。

虽然我经常住在这里，但工作人员有点不太友好，不过总体来说一切都还可以。

Everything was great, except the communication with the customer. I arrived in Tokyo early at 7 a.m. However, during that day, there was a power outage and the hotel was locked and completely closed until 11 a.m. I was not able to keep my large luggage and hand-carry by the receptionist since the hotel was closed when I arrived, without any notification through email or phone. I ended up needing to carry around my luggage around the Ginza area while waiting for the hotel to open. There should be better communication with the guest, or at least have the hotel door open, so at least customers that arrive early can keep their luggage with the hotel while waiting for their 3 p.m. check-in time.

Lokasi dekat dengan pusat pertokoan di Ginza. Ukuran kamar besar dan bersih. Breakfast-nya sangat variatif dan enak.

Great location, easy access to Ginza area, within walking distance to the crowds. Amenities are provided in the lobby. Easy check-in and check-out procedures. Room was a bit small but consider it normal in Ginza area. Water and ice cubes machine are provided on the floor.

Lokasi bagus. Pelayanan bagus. Harga bagus. Kebersihan bagus. Kalau ke Ginza pasti kembali ke hotel ini 😍.

Nice stay, near to station, good breakfast.

Room size is small as same as other hotels in Tokyo. Location is good. However, the facility is quite old. Good service. Compared to the price, it is a value.

Lokasinya luar biasa, di sebelah Gsix. Dekat dengan semua toko yang menjadi ikon Ginza. Kamarnya oke, standar di Tokyo yang memang sempit dengan konsep minimalis. Kamar mandi kalau badan agak besar akan sulit manuver. Pelayanan oke dan sangat baik, namun kami ada keluhan walaupun sudah upgrade dan infokan membawa anak dan juga bersedia di-extra charge atas itu hotel tidak menyediakan extra bantal, hanya handuk yang ditambahkan. Yang paling bagus adalah adanya dispenser yang bisa membuat kita refill air putih kapan pun dan berapa banyak pun.

Good location. Clean room, not that big size, amenities complete, no mineral water is provided in the room but there is a dispenser near the elevator, not too far from the station, there are convenience stores nearby. Breakfast is mostly the same everyday.

Kamarnya bersih. Pelayanannya bagus dan cepat. Lokasi memuaskan.

Superb location, easy check-in and check-out. Though room was tiny, can't complain too much.
