The hotel is vey good, staff are nice and helpful, breakfast is perfect, and it feels very safe to stay in!

The staff are excellent especially at reception host Arthi went out of her way to make us comfortable.

Over all it’s good but the property needs to be renovated.

The massage that I had at the spa was exceptional. But the prices they had online and the prices at the spa were different. Also, they gave a different discount than the one they mentioned in the room. Also, their service while handling luggage was not up to the standard, they need to improve here.

Although my stay was very good, I was not charged what I booked - I was charged more and there seems to be no easy way to contact hotels.com or the hotel to resolve. The system was down when I checked out, so I don't even have a detailed receipt to book for reimbursement.

They need to service their elevator at least once a week.

Little out dated, shower head needs changing. Location is ok but lots of traffic n horning could be heard from room

It’s very clean and secured

This is a wonderful hotel, very clean and comfortable, the rooms are very spacious and the hotel has fantastic amenities, such as a lovely pool and sauna. The food is excellent, with a beautiful buffet breakfast with amazing poached eggs! The staff are brilliant, so very helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel feels very secure, with a quick security check when entering the building. Very covid-safe, temperature stations and hand sanitizer everywhere.

Comfortable Stay. Area wise, Property is very congested. Pricing is a bit high.

I was in quarantine following my arrival in Bangladesh and therefore was not able to make use of the facilities for most of my stay. Room service was efficient. Location is good.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The restaurant offer was excellent and varied. The rooms are very spacious - the only drawback is that it could be invested in new TV's. They were perfectly cleaned daily and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Services were generally good - different bars, restaurant options, etc. Spa and pool were also fine. It's not exciting, but everything does work and the staff are friendly and try hard to help.

Everything was excellent. Right from the check in where I was greeted by Farzin. Her beautiful smile said all about the hospitality of Westin Dhaka and Bangladesh.I am so proud of her. God bless this little girl. I am pretty sure she will be an asset for Westin. I am a very frequent customer of Westin all over the world, but I love my stay in Westin, Dhaka.

I had a prepaid executive suite booked but at the check in time the front desk offered upgrade to the chairman suite with an additional charge however after the first night they suddenly got a request from another guest and took me out of the room against my will. It was very bad to take a guest out suddenly at midnight and I just hated it. I probably will never stay there.
