Needs updating

This is a comfortable hotel with access to TX Tech and downtown Lubbock. Parking is easy and there is easy access to rooms.

This La Quinta was just ok

The staff was great and helpful with check in and switching our room super quick when we had an issue. The hotel, seems like there was some sort of water damage or aomething and it was a bit run down. It seemed like someone tried to address the issues by throwing paint on top. Toilets, tubs, and areas around the bathroom door were ruaty or in gross condition. Which i was surprised by since this is a Wyndam hotel company.

Guest were coming from the pool into the hallway and into the elevator leaving a very wet floor. Bathroom baseboard was damaged. Someone had a dog that barked for an hour and kids upstairs kept running around even at 1am in the morning.

I didn't like the fact that the front desk lady at night was very very rude and unprofessional she doesn't need to be rolling her eyes at customers it's a sure way to not have someone not come back and she double charged me and then rudely told me you will get it back whenever I leave I would like to have someone reach out to me asap

Love the room..loved the pool area...didn't like that the TV didn't work but thank God for tablest and phones lol

The mold in the bathroom, tub was rusted out, hole in the ceiling. Floors were all dirty

Water was lukewarm and tv remote wasn’t set up.

Not much to say, we arrived late, slept well and left

Tv didn’t work right and air conditioning was really noisy

Was okay for a one night stay

The property was rocked away from the highway so not as much traffic sounds. The room itself was pretty well insulated, could sometimes hear neighbors, but only if everything was super quiet. Some noise during the day from the upper floors, but settled once night came. The room itself was decently clean. The AC worked well and all the mini appliances worked as well. We had a light go out near the end of our stay, but overall a comfortable stay.

It terrible but not kept as should be. Room had off smell and ac was very loud when it kicked on. Glad it was just a crash pad on a road trip

The owners of this hotel are either unaware of the lack of maintenance inside and outside or they are just bad business owners

This hotel should not be franchised as a LaQuinta. This is about the lowest grade hotel that is available. Very sad
