雖然離主街道有點遠，好在隔壁resort有小巴可搭乘，走過去2分鐘，4澳單程，7澳來回，還算方便。 離四里海灘比較近，穿邊上小路過去10分鐘可到，小路很安靜漂亮，推薦走一走。 酒店服務中客房服務一般，客房每日只更換毛巾，其他打掃整理服務一概沒有。 但是我們通過酒店預訂的接機服務還是很順利，雖然之前一直僅靠郵件聯繫，也沒有預付款，但到達機場後很順利就找到了接機人員，感謝！ 酒店也不提供餐飲，需要自己準備或者去隔壁resort吃。 游泳池就在樓下這點還比較方便。 我們當時是享受了3日以上的特價不到100澳一天，以這個價格而言還比較超值，畢竟周圍的幾個resort價格都要翻倍以上了。 如果按原價定，不推薦。

Our stay was exceptional. Only opportunity would be to replace the dryer in our apartment as it wont work even if you only put 2 or 3 clothes to dry

We had a very nice stay the pool, grounds and room were excellent.

Very spacious and comfortable for my family of 5. Kids had their own “wing” fully equiped with their own bathroom and rooms so it was almost Like my wife and I had our own space. Direct access to the pool as well which is always convenient and fun.

Vi havde et godt ophold med parkering lige ved boligen. Indtjekningen gik godt og vi fik lov til at tjekke ind lidt tidligere. Sødt personale.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating when we wanted to move rooms to be next to our son. The rooms were v clean and the beds comfortable. The 2bed suite was very well equipped.

Generally clean and tidy room. Communal areas around the pool were very clean. Car park appears to be a dumping area for residents storage.

Staff awesome. Apartment was awesome just a couple of small things let it down. Dryer didn’t work but staff gave us free use of guest laundry and a six pack to say sry. Couldn’t use induction cooktop as there was no proper induction cookware just some $10 scratched up pans which were useless. We used the bbqs in the pool area instead. The rest of the apartment was brilliant. Fix those couple of things and I’d be happy to stay for a week! The pools were lovely and the staff excellent.

Room was clean and staffs are courteous. This is our third time staying in the hotel.

The room was amazing for a family of four adults, we had everything we could possibly need and more. The room was so spacious, the laundry facilities were a highlight as we could do it at the end of the day without any drama. Bathrooms were brilliant, everything was just amazing. The only small complaint i would have were that the matresses were very hard. But apart from that, 10/10.

Bedding was stained.asked for clean bedding was told they didnt have anymore.

Rooms were clean and we absolutely loved the swim out rooms

Second time staying at Silkari and have found it to be a great place to stay. The customer service is exemplary. Pools are really nice and the upkeep around the property is very good. Easy free parking and close to everything, just a couple minutes drive to town.

Older place but clean and with everything you need. It was so quiet and we enjoyed having the pool to ourselves everyday. We had an issue during our stay and the staff member we dealt with was fantastic and very accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay whilst holidaying in Port Douglas. Great apartment with swim out to lagoon style pools. Highly recommend.

The belcony had a spa and we used it every night.
