雖然離主街道有點遠，好在隔壁resort有小巴可搭乘，走過去2分鐘，4澳單程，7澳來回，還算方便。 離四里海灘比較近，穿邊上小路過去10分鐘可到，小路很安靜漂亮，推薦走一走。 酒店服務中客房服務一般，客房每日只更換毛巾，其他打掃整理服務一概沒有。 但是我們通過酒店預訂的接機服務還是很順利，雖然之前一直僅靠郵件聯繫，也沒有預付款，但到達機場後很順利就找到了接機人員，感謝！ 酒店也不提供餐飲，需要自己準備或者去隔壁resort吃。 游泳池就在樓下這點還比較方便。 我們當時是享受了3日以上的特價不到100澳一天，以這個價格而言還比較超值，畢竟周圍的幾個resort價格都要翻倍以上了。 如果按原價定，不推薦。

Our family stayed at Silkari Lagoons in Port Douglas recently and overall had a very enjoyable time. The setting is surrounded by lush gardens, lagoon-style pools (six of them), and relaxing BBQ areas make it feels like a tropical resort. The room was spacious, we had a dual key 3 bedroom, it was well‑equipped with a kitchenette and laundry facilities, which was really handy. The staff were warm and helpful, especially with tour suggestions and local info. Cleanliness was good; common areas were well-maintained. There are a few things potential guests should be aware of: some of the swim‑out or swim‑in rooms may end up in shadow depending on the orientation, which can affect sun exposure at the pool or balcony. Also, the distance from the main shops and restaurants means having a car helps, or you’ll rely on transport.

Staff were very nice. The rooms are dated and some mould issues in living room air con unit and bathrooms. Kitchen wasn’t that well equiped. Needed cutting boards/new saucepans/knives. Only one set of towels provided for a weeks stay, which you’ll need to wash daily. It was a good layout and size for a family apartment and quiet at night. Pools could do with an update. Was expensive for what it was.

We absolutely loved our apartment and the lagoons were second to none. Beautiful.

All in all a very good property and quite surprising considering some of the conditions of other properties around. The room was spacious and neat and tidy. Maybe a little more cleaning on the bathrooms would be good but it's generally very clean. (We had one towel with black marks and a little mould in the corner of the showers) The room was nice, the space was good, amenities were great, There isn't much for dining options around without driving so keep that in mind. Parking is limited especially any busy times, Car parking spaces are tight even for medium cars but there is street parking around, Even that goes quickly. We would definitely stay again. Staff were friendly and they even pre advised of local events causing road closures etc which is a nice touch so you don't get caught out with travel etc

Coco and short haired lady at the front desk are next level professional and friendly.

Cheap, clean and comfortable

The shower was crap there was mold in the bathroom. The TV didn’t work until we received a new remote control on Saturday! So no TV for Wed, Thurs, and Friday nights. The spa was fabulous. There were limited facilities in the room no toaster!

Big clean spacious apartment, swim out pool . No restaurant which l knew but ramada is next door or uber an shuttle into town was easy to organise

The hosts were amazing. Nothing was a bother. Accommodation was excellent. We will return.
