Das Interieur ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem der Wasserhahn müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal

We've been going here for years and would highly recommend. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and its a quiet street. They have snacks and cold drinks to buy if need to. Train and underground is a 5 min walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

Ein gutes Hotel, obwohl an einer Hauptstraße trotzdem sehr ruhig inkl. guter Anbindung zu unseren Ausflugszielen. Personal super freundlich!

From checking in to leaving, the staff were exceptional. Great idea to have the option of having room cleaned at a time of our convenience or not since we had a 3 night stay. So no need to leave room early for cleaning.

Super Zimmer und Service

Nettes Business Hotel, halbwegs zentral gelegen.

Die automatische Zimmerreinigung ist erst ab dem vierten Tag vorgesehen sonst nur nach vorheriger Absprache möglich. Angesichts des Zimmerpreises sollte diese Leistung jedoch standardmäßig angeboten werden. Das Frühstück ist positiv hervorzuheben.

Das Personal war durchweg nett und bemüht, dafür ein großes Lob. Leider war mein Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr enttäuschend: Das erste Zimmer roch stark nach Zigaretten, im zweiten lief mir nachts ein Insekt über das Gesicht. Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde mir verweigert. Schade, da der Service freundlich war, die Zimmerqualität aber nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprach. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the stay itself was disappointing: the first room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and in the second an insect crawled across my face at night. A further room change was refused. Friendly service, but the room quality did not meet expectations.

I will definitely come back to this hotel. I was satisfied with hotel's cleanliness, air conditioning, water pressure. I could relax in quiet room.

Eine insgesamt gute Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Lobend zu erwähnen sind die engagierten, freundlichen Mitarbeiter.

The hotel was welcoming, clean, convenient for train/tram stops, there were shops nearby, restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing service and very cordial.

Clean room and nice bathroom, but very worn and shabby carpet. Breakfast was good and a special plus for the samovar and small teapots for us non-coffee drinkers. A smell of sewage in the lifts and stair case.

Value for money, 4th time we have stayed to visit family, never been disappointed.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Im Prinzip alles OK beim Hotel und Preis-Leistung war top bei 95 Euro/Nacht. Es reicht für gutes Schlafen, ist aber nicht der Burner mit Wohlfühlcharakter.

Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe. Bett sehr bequem und Bad sauber. Zimmer noch altbacken eingerichtet. Für eine Nacht voll in Ordnung.
