交通方便，離車站近，早餐好吃，冷氣超冷

clean and nice staff

正常酒店，房间大，厨房好用，冬天中午即可入住。性价比好。住3晚，第2晚热水不够热，总台先生让我们等候一个小时，最后说是用水的人太多。第3天早上总台女士实话实说，当天3个小时可修好。第3晚恢复热水。

連住了四天，清潔不確實，沒有補備品，最生氣的是回房後發現打掃人員把我的睡衣和用品丟在地上，意思是清掃時把客人東西都丟在地上囉？

飯店櫃檯親切熱情，此次行李延誤，飯店人員也給予非常棒的協助,很值得入住的飯店，早餐也好吃，離地鐵站只要5分鐘，交通方便

The location is good and near Metro station. There is a lot of restaurants and breakfast shops nearby

Clogged drainage holes in the bathroom. We had to stand in the dirty water to take a shower. It start flooding whenever you open the water, not because of the hair or bubble.

接待人員友善且人性化，會跟你聊天也會很詳細回答你的問題， WIFI強，浴室大，房間乾淨，附有小廚房，餐具鍋具都有。 唯一小小缺點是吹風機小又容易過熱罷工，要等一下才能再使用。

玻璃桌上有明顯的水漬 範圍還很大 感覺清潔不是很徹底 飯店外面的街區蠻髒亂的 優點是可步行到西班牙廣場 前台熱情

Nice location, very convenient to the main sightseeing plot. Quiet at night, but a lolly noisy in the morning coz half of the rooms face a school.

交通便利距離地鐵只有3個小街口，搭地鐵到太陽門只要4站，房間乾淨舒適，走一個街口就有2家超市，附近還有Debod埃及神廟和當地人去的viena餐廳,是個很棒的住宿地點。

离车站要走不到十分钟 其他都非常好

The front desk staff "Laura" service was excellent. Check in was quick and she answered all our questions when we arrived, and during our entire stay. Helped me to book the train tickets. She is fantastic! The hotel is ideally located. It is just a few mins walk to Plaza de España Metro Station. The Grand Via shopping district, all within an easy walk. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
