We couldn’t have found a better hotel for our first Ibiza-trip! All members of the staff – from housekeeping to the receptionists – were all so nice, welcoming and caring. We really felt like we had a home away from home. It was actually so sad to leave. We even forgot our precious Insta360-camera when we left, the staff found it and had it ready for us standing outside of the hotel when when took a rushed taxi from the airport. The room had a really big balcony with a great view of the pool. The room felt spacious and became quiet when you close the door to the bedroom. The beds were great and I slept like a baby, perfect after staying up all night at Hï Ibiza and Pacha. It’s also walking-distance to Hï, which was really convenient. Also, for all the taxis you just have to say «Ebano» and they know where to go. The hotel staff orders taxis for you, and they are ready to go to to main town in no-time! The drive is less than 10 minutes also.

Lugar incrível! Próximo ao centro de Ibiza. A estrutura do quarto é excelente, possui utensílios para cozinhar e tudo que é necessário. Só o sistema de som que achei meio baixo, já que Ibiza é terra de festa! Hahahahahaha! Recomendo!

Personnel gentil, salle de sport bien équipée et accessible à toute heure. Spa petit mais bien et propre. Piscine extérieure très bien. Pour la chambre ,assez spacieuse, literie correcte, propreté très bien. Points vraiment negatifs: très mal insonorisée et trop de lumière. Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants.

Genial, limpio, tranquilo, el spa una pasada, es privado lo reservas por horas y es increíble.

Nice and clean room with good view

Todo perfecto! Hemos ido 4 días en semana santa y nos ha encantado! La habitación super grande y las camas una pasada! La piscina aún estaba fría por lo tanto no nos hemos podido meter. La zona del Spa lo hemos podido disfrutar gratis pq el agua aún no estaba caliente lo que a los niños no les ha molestado y lo han disfrutado a tope! Muchas gracias por esa estancia tan bonita

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everyone spoke fluent English. The hotel was beautiful, unfortunately we had lots of ants in our room. The pool was nice and we had a walk out room which was wonderful. The on site restaurant was amazing with a large delicious breakfast buffet. The bar and lunch/dinner menus were great too. A short walk to the bus, the beach, Ushuaia, and a zillion shops and restaurants.

Appartement correct propre et calme

Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Hotelanlage schön gemacht und das Zimmer war äußerst geräumig und die Betten bequem. Die "Isolier"glasfenster allerdings hellhöriger, als wenn sie offen gestanden hätten. Ab 5 Uhr war die Nacht wg Mülltransport/Straßenreinigung und Motorrädern vorbei.

Amazing location in Playa D’en Bossa, a few minutes walk from the main “strip” and only 10(ish) minutes walk to clubs like Hi and Ushuaia Quiet hotel, great facilities and friendly staff Shower room also available if you’re getting a late flight and want to freshen up

The hotel is in a good location. The WiFi works great and the room is big. But it definitely lacks comfort. The bed very stiff. Pillows were bad. While staff is friendly, there’s definitely a lack of service. Such no valet service to take your bags and send them to your room. If you are looking for that type hotel, book a different one. If you want a big room and just a place to sleep, then this fits the bill. The pool are is ok. The wooden deck is old and personally think it could be upgraded. Pool is rather small for how big the pool area is. This hotel can be a great value when it’s off season or less busy season. When it’s peak season, for the price they charge per night, I suggest spending more to get full service luxury hotel.

The location of the property is amazing if you’re going to the major well known clubs in Ibiza. I love the apartment as the space is very generous with the balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped and love the extra bed in the lounge area. Overall the room and facilities are clean. Unfortunately there is no hard pillow, hair conditioner and the curtain is not enough to blackout the room so it is very hard if you want to sleep during the day. The sound proof is also very poor as you can hear the people walking through the corridor and the pool music.
