Another pleasant stay at this comfortable and

Good hotel, friendly and helpful staff, decent food. Nice to have pool area too. Reception area is nice but needs more tables / sofas that aren’t in the bar for families to sit with a drink and chat. The bathroom in room needs upgrade and general areas in hotel need serious upgrade (apart from reception) e.g carpets on corridors and stairs in bad state. But overall would stay again for money I paid. Buffet dinner in restaurant was better than expected and good choice for breakfast too

Nice place, great vibe, and leisure centre was free for hotel guests. But the Wi-Fi was terrible, and with no phone signal.

Lovely here. Great value. Very comfortable. Quiet rooms. Highly recommended.

The hotel needs some investment, particularly in the bedrooms

Had roofing work going on at the time. Scaffolding and work in progress right outside my room, which I was neither informed about or offered a room rate discount as a reflection.

The stay was fine and pleasant. It certainly didn’t feel anything special, it was more like a glorified Travelodge in places. The hotel is HOT and would really benefit from air con. Check in was easy but everything else was pretty average.

Staff friendly and helpful hotel very dated bathroom and windows in need of upgrade

The buffet dinner was probably the worst we have ever eaten. The food was cold, the chicken raw. We did complain to the duty manager on the night. We are waiting on a further response.

Bathroom very dated and room smelt damp. Needs redecorating urgently. Carpet dirty and old. Bed was very comfy though and good quality bed linen

A lovely hotel, great staff, great facilities a beautiful golf course and leisure facilities. The breakfast was very good and the food in the bar was also good. Only issue for me was the bed was a bit tired with the springs feeling through and the pillows just not firm enough for my liking.

i only stayed on a room only basis as i was travelling for meetings. But my standard double was comfy and a good view of the gold course

Great hotel, breakfast was really good as there were lots of options. Bar area was ok but the seating was very warn and tired looking. We used the pool area which was a great addition to the stay and a lovely way to relax before we went to a wedding.

No help from hotel or booking sote to a genuine family emergency

Room needed a makeover, a bit dated, paintwork needed attention. Last stay was in a lovely room very modern!

Nice hotel with an enjoyable golf course. Basic room but clean and acceptable. Only downside was breakfast not being included in the cost.
