Efficiency: I would like to extend my room for one night, but asked Front desk the price is higher than I booked in Expedia, so I extended my booking in Expedia, had to wait for 15 mins for renewal the room key, but the night before I already informed I will extend and with the confirmation code, can this proceed being more faster 3. Hosuekeeping/room assignment : no vacuum properly , towel texture too rough, and the night that I extended and back found out room only take out towels and clearing trash, rest did not touch, I am confused why room only clean practically and expecting answer back but until I check out, still no one answe me, system showed it is clean and I was only offered to change room or to clean the room right away at 8am on the night I need to sleep earlier for my tommorrow early morning bus 4. Room design: cannot find how to call down to service center or front desk extension , have to go down with pajama (very embrassing) and to queue to ask for towels 5. Neighborhood: horrible street in Rio I stay in south America for 2 months in all 3 star hotel , I really doubt about what is 3 star hotel only in this ibis.

Ar condicionado não gela, liguei três vezes na madrugada na recepção e ninguém atendeu

Café da manhã com boas opções, funcionários atenciosos, mas a acomodação poderia estar mais bem conservada. Chuveiro péssimo.

Chuverio frio, colchão gasto, mesa e cabeceira da cama corridas, ar condicionado não tive corragem de ligar estva mal cheiro. Resumindo, pessíma escolha, só ficamos por que seria uma noite e já tinha pago. Não recomento e não volto.

Funcionários muito educados e prestativo! Quarto confortável! Única coisa que achei que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã… Só café de máquina, peguei um café com leite e estava com gosto de chocolate… nada como o bom café passado…

Região me parece perigosa

Corredor por conta dos tapetes cheira a mofo,o hotel precisa de reformas até nos quarto, funcionários maravilhosos, comida ótima, bem localizado.

Air condition did not work, the first room I was given had a strong smell of mould, so I had to change. Breakfast was very simple, didn’t have much to offer. Staff was good.

Banheiro com água sem pressão tanto no chuveiro como não pia, e sem a ducha higiênica. Cama rangendo, cortinas com furos, móveis de madeira com partes já desgastadas, assim como as partes de madeira dos corredores, Hotel antigo que precisa de uma reforma/manutenção, bom apenas para estadias curtas de no máximo 2 noites pela boa localização, perto do aeroporto e da rodoviária.

Clean. Friendly. Would have been nice if other staff besides Walter spoke English but otherwise great service

O hotel está muito desgastado, limpeza ruim, funcionários mal preparados, moscas nos alimentos. Fico triste porque há alguns anos era uma boa opção no centro do Rio

Os quarto e banheiro precisam passar por reformas portas caindo piso mal cuidado.
