L'hotel est bien situé, tres pratique pour reprendre le Ferry vers la France ; il est proche de la Medina et du port maritime, en front de mer. La chambre était propre et de bonne taille, par contre la salle de bain tres peu pratique : etroite avec un acces aux WC gêné par le lavabo (attention à vous si vous etes en surpoids !), on met de l'eau partout avec la douche . Grand hotel propre mais un peu impersonnel, l'accueil est poli. J'avais (apparemment mal) compris qu'un parking était disponible à l'hotel : il n'y a en fait que quelques places devant l'hotel, sinon il faut utiliser les places de parking public payant. Heureusement un voiturier sympa a réussi à nous libérer une place un peu après notre arrivée. En résumé c'est un hotel correct, mais je m'attendais à mieux.

The room was okay. Storage shelves and space for hanging clothes were very dusty and unclean. Also, near main busy roads so very noisy late at night and in morning. Also don’t think rooms were soundproof.

Modernes Hotel direkt an der Strandpromenade mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe und ein modernes Bad. Viel Auswahl beim Frühstück. Personal war nicht unfreundlich, aber auch nicht so herzlich, wie in anderen Unterkünften in Marokko. Tipp: Taxi über die Apps am besten in die Seitenstraße bestellen ;)

Good location and nice hotel and room, air con was good too

The location is amazing. Close to various activities and food. The front desk staff is rude and unwilling to help with anything. The staff outside were very helpful.

Bed sheets and towels are not clean

目の前が海で開放的な立地。古くからある大型ホテルをリノベーションしてモダンな雰囲気に変身させた印象だが、設備は古そう。シャワーのお湯が熱くなったり冷たくなったり。深夜到着で子連れだったが、人数分のベッドやタオルがセットされていなかった。事前に直接連絡して依頼しておいたが、伝わっていなかったのは残念。

Not worth the money whatsoever. I can’t fathom how this is a 4-star hotel. The room was incredibly dusty that we were all coughing all night. Bed was dirty and uncomfortable. The bathroom door didn’t close and there was black mould in the shower, and nothing drained in the sink or shower causing so much water to pool everywhere. The A/C wasn’t working, and the curtain was broken. Regarding the hotel itself - Breakfast was okay but very busy and most of the food was cold. Lifts were tiny and very slow. Service was okay, reception were helpful to change our room on the second night because of how awful it was. Despite switching rooms we still don’t believe this hotel is 4-stars, and would never stay here again.

Bel hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Dommage pas de parking à l'hôtel. Il faut se garer dans la rue ou dans le parking public payant en face.

No Air conditioning. Staff provided portable fans and we had to keep the window open with all the noise from the street, restaurants, bars and protests.

Très bien placé en face de la Marina Par contre climatisation peut efficace Et chambre sur rue bruyante , préférer chambre sur l’intérieur Staff très professionnel et au petit soin Merci pour les attentions du Directeur Petit déjeuner inclus copieux Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir pour mon prochain voyage à Tanger

Väldigt bra läge.

Hotel is very comfortable.On the marina and very central for everything you need from shopping to dining. As nice as the hotel is aesthetically it’s the staff that really make it. Fantastic service 5 star! Thank you
