It is not a new building yet still convenient and good amenities. It is right at cbd area and a good place to start wandering around the city center. Staff are helpful. The hotel provides luggage storage and access for shower or rest while waiting for the next departure.

Location is perfect, close to Perth station, shopping centres and walking distance to Cat bus stops. Staffs are helpful and professionals. Facility in the apartment lengkap: washing machine+dryer, kitchennette and even shampoo conditioner and body lotion are available. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and I have no complains about the apartment. Only downsides is the staffs had the habit of opening our room door without knocking first and this happened 3x. Otherwise alls good, I had a perfect stay and would stay here again.

Very good location, safe, spacious, perfect for families. Wish they’d add toothbrush holders or change the towels every 2-3 days since it was a long stay. Bathroom no locks. If you have 2 bathroom units, when one is in use, the other bathroom won’t have hot water.

It's a bit dated but clean. Spacious, you have kitchen with full equipment. Washing machine also. Location is great, walking 5 mints to train station and very close to crowd in the city.
