Le tapis dans notre chambre avait été traité une forte odeur en émanait. Le matelas très mou chaise de travail passé date il n’y avait plus de bourrage au niveau du siège.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Nice breakfast options. The only complaint I had was the bed on our 1st stay was not comfortable, on our 2nd stay in a different room the bed was awesome. I did mention to the front desk about the bed on our 1st stay & they made note of this & said they are in the midst of changing all the king size beds & that particular room had not been changed yet.

Quick and easy check in. Room was clean and updated. Staff were very accommodating and kind. Recipe for a restful night.

Lits mous : sommeil difficile. Personnel avenant. Déjeuners très ordinaires. Absence des chaînes de TV radio Canada, CBC, TV5 parce que l’hôtel fait affaires avec un fournisseur américain : inadmissible et honteux! Nous avons fréquenté cet hôtel à maintes reprises depuis un bon nombre d’années. Nous n’y ne retournerons plus jamais. Pierre Legault, Gatineau

Stayed for a wedding near by. The beds were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good and the location was convenient.
