A 4 star hotel with 5 star service, especially front office staff, friendly & helpful. Walking distance to Westlake, shopping mall & MRT Station. I really enjoy my stay at this hotel, sure will stay again for my next trip. Apreciated & Thanks.

Hotel lama, tapi lokasi sangat baik dekat dengan pusat kota dan wisata kuliner, staf ramah, menu sarapan biasa saja, ruang kamar lumayan bersih dan besar, Indilayan harga hardal dan laundry bag tidak diperkenankan untuk dibawa pulang dan harus berbayar.

Service is good and familiar but breakfast not much variants. Suggestions need to provide a free shuttle bus for tourists

Saya mengambil kamar deluxe, untuk kamar cukup bersih, Dan memiliki keran water drinking dan teko pemanas dari stainless yang cukup bersih dan tidak berkarat, sehingga kita tidak perlu beli air minum banyak, Cukup ambil dari water drinking dan kita masak kembali dengan teko pemanas. Lokasi juha dekat dengan metro line (sekitar 600m) dan dekat dengan pasar malam wushan (sekitar 100 m dibelakang hotel), Kamar ini juga memiliki pemanas kamar yang cukup berfungsi dengan baik. Kami menginap 4 malam dan di malam terakhir sebelum check-out, kami diberi 1 keranjang buah sebagai tanda kenangan dari pihak hotel. Didepan hotel juga ada minimarket (family mart) sehingga jika mau beli snack dan minum juga dekat. Cukup puas menginap di hotel ini.

Carpet in the bedroom was dusty even though we've asked them to vacuum aircon was not cold although we've complained. You could hear other guests banged the room door which was very annoying if you're quite a sleeper.

I had a very nice and pleasant stay here. the hotel is very strategist and very close to MTR station. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel which could take you to qing he fang street nearest bus stop in 10 minutes. there is also a mall and various food stalls near the hotel so you should not be worried in getting some food. the hotel crew is friendly, they can speak english a little bit, the room is clean and also spacious.

The room was super small. They put pricetag on every single item in the room. It made me feel uncomfortable that they were so scared someone would steal from them. Location not too bad. 10 mins walk from subway, closer to bus stop.

This hotel located on Pinghai road. There are many department stores. Walk from metro Longxiangqiao station to hotel 350 meters. Walk from hotel to west lake 700 meters. The room are clean and comfortable. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. There is a drinking water faucet in a room. An airport shuttle bus stops in front of the hotel. You can buy a ticket 20 CNY per person in the building next to the hotel.

hotel location is surrounded by a lot of mall and stores .. short distance to West lake and West lake fountain .. hotel is also clean and staff is really helpful although not many can speak English .. overall I am satisfy staying in this hotel ...
