Hotel it’s ok and lobby service okay good and hotel nearby Beijing Road near many shopping. I like this hotel.

Tempat yang strategis, kamar yang luas dengan pemandangan kota

Wifi now need you to have China Phone Number very inconvenient where you need to go down every time it's logged out since they won't tell me the username or password. Renovation outside lobby very dusty and they didn't do anything to cover them a least.

Kloset toilet rusak, resepsionis tidak ramah, saluran TV bermasalah.

Tempat strategis kemana-mana gampang.

Hotel dan sekitarnya dalam renovasi. Banyak debu dan jalanan sebagian ditutup. Beberapa toko disekitar hotel juga ditutup.

Cek in lancar. Staf hotel ramah dan bisa berbahasa Inggris. Kondisi hotel dan sekitarnya sementara lagi renovasi. Jalanan di depan hotel lagi semrawut dan berdebu.

Room oke, lokasi strategis hanya para staf front office tampak kurang ramah.

Pelayanan yang sangat memuaskan, kamar yang besar dan juga bersih, pokoknya oke deh.

Hotel cukup nyaman, hanya sarapan agak kurang enak menurut saya. Mending menginap tanpa breakfast saja. Cari sarapan di sekitar hotel gampang kok, tidak mahal juga. Terima kasih.

Pro: - the room a bit old but still good - the bathroom is clean - location is good, easy to go to tourism spot - the metro / subway exit e is in front of the hotel - the food is good. cons: - the internet very bad !! As foreigner we don't use wechat so we need to go to front office everyday to asking our mobile phone the wifi password rather than give the username password so we can put in ourselves, and if we have more than 1 mobile phone, we need to argue to them to put the wifi password to our 2nd phone, and also we can't use internet to our laptop (related to wifi password) and the speed very slow and often disconnected - the hotel limit the mineral water, as my experience the hotel never limit the mineral water in room as long we ask in reasonable amount, when I asked the room service for mineral water, they said the hotel rules only 2 bottle / day / room so they can't give it.

สถานที่ดีมาก ติดกับสถานีรถไฟฟ้า Haizhu Square exit E หาโรงแรมได้ง่ายมาก ขึ้นมาก็ถึงเลย อาหารเช้าไม่ได้ทาน ห้องพักเก่ามากแต่ก็สะอาด ข้อเสียคือมีกลิ่นอับ กลิ่นจากท่อห้องน้ำเหม็นมาก ได้อยู่ชั้นห้ามสูบบุหรี่ แต่มีกลิ่นบุหรี่พร้อมกลิ่นท่อห้องน้ำ เข้ามาตลอดเวลา ห้องไม่สามารถเปิดหน้าต่างได้ จึงไม่สามารถระบายกลิ่นได้เลย บริเวณโดยรอบหาของกินง่าย สามารถเดินไปถนนเป่ยจิงลู่ได้ ระยะทางประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตร เจ้าหน้าที่พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้นิดหน่อย พอเข้าใจ

Near the buss station and around of many foods. But its quit an old hotel. The room is big enough but the smell is not good. Thx

The room is spacious, bed are nice, the view to the river is also beautiful, even though it's an old hotel. the restaurant in the hotel also serve nice meal. Very close to the MTR station. There's room for improvement.

some of the rooms are old and rather mold smelly, and corridor smoking smells too. i think it was on 5th floor rooms. but we have got a better room on our last stayed, they have a big room and satisfying. location is great, metro is under the hotel....5 star location
